    The service here at the South Bay location is amazing the sale rep Hasan was able to accommodate me with the car I really wanted also the manager Kalan was very helpful I came over from the DTLA location and I will never go back to them for anything the South-bay location was very pleasing! I give them a 10 rating all across Mar in finance was such a lovely lady and made sure I purchased the right packages for my car. Please go to the South Bay location they will not disappoint you.

    Hands down best service out of all of the Mercedes Benz service facilities. I had originally called Glendale and they were trying to give me an appointment until August when my check engine light was on. I them called this location and the staff got me an appointment and a car the next day. They texted me to keep me updated, sent videos if everything they did and make drop off and pick up soooo fast. Jacqlyn was my point of contact, so huge shout out to her for facilitating such an great experience.

    I love this dealership (my 3rd S-Class) I buy the maintenance package and like the option of a possible loaner car or a ride back to the office. Performed the multi point checkup, changed the oil and a few air filters even replaced a fuel line that had a recall notice out for it. The car comes back with a fresh wash and looked better coming out than went I sent it in.

    I drove down from East LA to test drive a car. They knew I was coming. I get there, after driving an hour, and they couldn't find the keys for the car. I was supposed to test drive. After an hour of waiting for them to find the keys, I finally went on the test drive. I told him I'd come back in two days to buy the car. They had not detailed the car. It was dirty, had black stains all over the seats, but drove well. After saying, I return in two days, give them time to detail the car while I think about the purchase . They pressured me into buying the car today. They assured me I had to take the car off the lot today. And while I knew this was a sales tactic, I mean, I succumbed to the pressure. (I was just involved in a horrendous accident and I just wanted one thing to go right. They knew this and they preyed on it.) they offered drive with me to drop off my rental car if I bought the car that day. So, I agree to make the sale and further hell breaks loose. $65 estimates suddenly became $228. Suddenly, they are no longer able to detail my car that day, and asked me to drive all the way down to Torrance again. After each inconvenience, they offered me a free tank of gas. But, so many things happened during this experience, that, they ran out of services to offer me for my inconveniences. But the PROMISED me that my detail would be perfect if i came tomorrow. The next day I drove an hour in the morning to get it detailed. Yesterday they told me it would take 30 minutes. But when I show up, they say oh no, it's going to take three hours. I wait three hours, frustrated. Not to mention, the people I approached when I first arrived didn't believe that I (a young black man) had bought the car straight off the lot. After the three hours I get my car back and THE CAR WAS HORRENDOUS. WORSE THAN BEFORE. And they didn't give me the gas I promised! I demanded to speak to the manager again. Two days in a row, I had to speak with him. He offered more services in exchange for my time though the services they offer at this establishment are inefficient and inconvenient. I asked to speak to the general manager "Artie" but he couldn't bother to make himself available. Do not waste your time. Read the one star reviews. The way they do business in this establishment is insane. Incredibly inefficient.

    Emily Solis was very friendly and helpful. The car was serviced at a reasonable time. She recommended an alignment since with the recent rains there were many potholes in the street. I agreed and was pleasantly surprised that there was a special this month. I thought the price was very fair.
