    One of the best service visits I have had. Everything completed the first time compared to multiple visits when I visited other service departments.

    Worst dealership ever! I took my car for service. I also informed them that there was a light that was on and that it has to be fixed. They charged me for diagnostics and then later charged me extra to get the problem fixed. After keeping my card for more then 6 weeks I got my car back and paid them $1093.78. Nothing was done. The car light is still on and the car is driving worse now. Stay away from this dealership. I am in the process of contacting MBZ Corporate about this delaer, informing the media and possibly taking them to small claims court.

    Our sales Tyler and Derek made it really easy for us to get my new gle. Tyler was super prompt in responding to my texts even late at night, and we were really impressed when he got out of his way to help us get the car we wanted from another dealer by himself so that we didn't have to wait for another day. He stayed late to help us finish the finance paperwork after the three hour driving of the car from another city. All in all, it was a pleasant experience getting it done over such a short period of time and I'd definitely come back after my current lease is done.

    I am enjoying my GLS 450 that I leased from your dealership. Jin Cho is such a polite and knowledgeable sales person. He is so helpful and would keep me updated with the Mercedes that I ordered. And he made sure I understand all the little gadgets my car has. Thank you Jin.

    Typically, you get a negative vibe from a used car salesman. They would seem to "pull wool over your eyes." They would try to get you to buy something with some hidden defects. We certainly did not get that vibe from Roger. He was truly honest and sincere. He pointed out all the features of the used car and even after we signed on the dotted line, he still told us about the missing floor mats, which he would provide. I recommend highly Mr. Roger Wang. If you are thinking of buying a car at Mercedes Benz of South Bay, look for Roger Wang.

    This is a review of the body shop, not regular service or that management. My car was there for a month for some kind of blemish or damage that was less than 4 inches long (that happened when my car was in their possession for its annual service)!!!!! A whole month and they only started actually working on it AFTER I called the general manager 2.5 weeks in --- it would have taken longer without Gary's help. What made matters worse is that the car the gave me as a loaner was a C class without bells or whistles. Even when I went to pick up my car, I waited for an extra hour for it to be "detailed" (yeah, right), which was little more than a wash -- there were finger prints on windows, and they didn't wipe down the seats or do anything that I would expect to wait that long for. I used to really like this dealership, but now..... Frank and Gary are great guys, though, and this was not their fault.

    April Stewart was my service advisor. She was friendly, professional, very accommodating and genuinely interested in fixing the problem. April patiently listened as I explained the issue I was having with my car, taking thorough notes, and remained in touch with me throughout the entire service process. July's sizzling summer fun was in full swing, but that couldn't stop me from falling in love with April. I was thoroughly impressed with her customer service and would highly recommend her to all of my family and friends for any of their immediate / future Mercedes Benz needs.

    Roger Wang was again an excellent car sales agent! That's why after over 20 years we still go back to him because he simply do not represent himself professionally, he never fails to make his customers feel very complacent and important! His sincerity to make sure that we get the right car based from our need and desires. Never pushy, always patient and has great follow thru. We will surely continue to buy car from him and recommend him to our family and friends.

    I was very impressed by Gary Smith, Director and Azi Kazemi, Manager of the newly created Preferred Clint Department. They are professional, patient and fast on their feet; including Angela McKeever, Customer Financial Service Manager. It took only 15 minutes to agree upon new leasing price and about one hour to swap the lease cars. They are among the very best that I have experience. This is the fourth E350 from South Bay for my wife. We have been very happy with this dealership.

    Armen was amazing and went above and beyond for me! I am the biggest pain in the butt and even then he took amazing care of me. He called me very quickly after I submitted my interest online. I was driving and dropped he call and he called me right back. He texted me photos of the car that he took himself and when I thought I saw a stain he went back and took more (closeups) to show me how pristine the car was. I live in San Diego and he drove the car all the way down himself for three hours just for me to test drive it and decide before I bought it. He got my price down and got me approved for interest rates better than I could get at some banks and other dealerships. Hands down best service I've ever had. In my car shopping process I was looking with six or seven dealerships and no one treated me as eel as him or as kindly! Five stars, go see Armen!!!

    Although I loved my 11 year-old Volvo XC70, I wanted a newer vehicle with more features. After checking various dealers’ websites, I found a pre-owned certified Mercedes 350 on the South Bay Mercedes site. It was the color I wanted and had all the features I could imagine. Late that night I filled out a form requesting more information about the car and Elijah contacted me the next day. He told me more about the car and took some information from me. The dealership is not that close to me and Elijah offered to drive the car to my house so that I could see it but my husband and I decided to drive to Torrance instead. Elijah came into the dealership on his day off to help us. We test drove the car and decided we liked it. . Various friends had told me that it was never a good idea to trade a car in because you only got a fraction of the car’s worth. I did some research on what my car was worth and to my delight South Bay Mercedes gave me a very fair price for the trade-in. This was the easiest transaction I ever had when buying a car. The price for the Mercedes was very reasonable (way below Blue Book) and the purchase was stress-free. There was no pressure to buy and unlike a lot of dealerships there were no games where the sales manager comes out to “give you a great deal” while you are negotiating price. When it is time to buy our next car I definitely will be coming back to South Bay Mercedes.

    Your Customer Care Rep. Brad Parker is great. He got us a loan car, and took care of the service on the GLK350 The dealership is amazing, extremely nice, clean, and the coffee is great.

    I came for SOS update and finished on-time. Then I requested YPS to installed and service manager informed me the cost and installed it for me. Service was great! Everything is working well!
