Ioanni Savvas in Internet sales is the best, honest with what i needed, helpful with the tech and… i got the car i wanted for great price. Accommodating Team
by Nansi R on 04/23/2025I shopped around and went to several dealerships to see who would give me the most for my trade in. When I did an inquiry with auto nation, I got quoted a bit higher than other places. To my surprise, they honored it. I spoke to Julian on… the phone the day before coming in and felt very comfortable. I came in and was greeted by Yanni. Yanni is in fact who helped me test drive several cars. Some that were even in another lot. He was extremely patient. At no point did I feel they were pushy. This is something that I’m weary of since I’m a female and come in myself. Julian showed up after and he felt like a long lost uncle. His personality makes you feel like he wants to help you. After some negotiating, Hector and Sang ultimately helped me get to the numbers that felt closer to what I was looking for, something other dealerships couldn’t get to. I would highly recommend Julian and Yanni from the sales department to show you around and help with negotiating. Exhausting experience
by Angel2222 on 07/17/2024This was the worst car buying experience I’ve had. I first traded my car in for a used Kia and 2 days after the purchase the engine overheated. I returned the vehicle only to find that my financing was never even approved for that car but… they thought it was. One of the managers told me “cars aren’t reliable these things happen”. I did find a second car that I liked and decided to go through the purchasing process again. I’ve had to sign two contracts and the paperwork hasn't even been processed weeks after me having the vehicle. It’s been a complete headache to be honest.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. A front for identity theft
by Brent Hazen on 07/16/2024Very shady dealership. I’m actually concerned that they scammed me and obtained all my personal information for identity theft. I purchased the car, gave them a $5000 deposit, signed the contract and then they “claim” they sold the car… before I could pick it up (which was one day after I gave them the deposit.) Jin Choi, loannis Savvas and Kevin are very shady. I’m looking into their criminal history, I bet something pops up. Wasted a ton of my time, ran my credit (although they didn’t need to) and took my credit card number for the deposit! Total scam. [non-permissible content removed] now have my credit card number, social security number, drivers license and address. This dealership is likely a front for identity theft. I’m not sure what to do now.Love This Dealership!!!

Diana was my sales person and she made the process of getting into my dream car a breeze. She walked me… through options throughly and I am greatly appreciative. I also would like to mention Jeimy who works in Finance, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were a few repairs that needed to be done a few days after I initially purchased up the vehicle and both Natalie and Pablo in the service department helped me tremendously. Natalie was my primary service provider and she made sure I got into a loaner vehicle quickly both times and she kept me update on the status of my car repairs. I also received a video from the repair technician showing what services had been completed. I found that to be so helpful. Overall I had a great experience and I look forward to purchasing another beautiful vehicle in the near future.
