Unethical, sleazy sales team!!
by RJ on 07/15/2019I spent several hours test driving, negotiating, and talking with the salesman Adam on a Friday. It took a good portion of my day off work to come in and look at a used S5 they had on the lot. Their financing APR was too high, so I told… them explicitly that I would get a check from my credit union and be back 2 days later (on a Sunday) and I still wanted the car. I called that morning and they SOLD it from under me. I asked the sales manager and he rudely said "I have a business to run" and then hung up on me. I will NEVER give Audi Pacific a dime of my money!! Sleazy, unethical sales tactics! [non-permissible content removed]!Horrible Sales Team

by Jennifer_N on 08/20/2017As a single woman, I DREADED going into the dealership (so much so that I hired a broker and then promptly got rid of him when I realized that he wasn't getting me a good deal) but I can honestly say that working with Dwight Oh at Pacific… Audi was actually quite pleasant. The dealership didn't have the exact car I wanted, but rather than trying to pressure me into something that was already on their lot (which, with my personality, would had led to me walking straight out if I felt any kind of pressure) Dwight called several other dealers and was able to get me my EXACT vehicle at our pre-negotiated rate. He and his team (specifically James) were genuine, friendly, and made me feel like they truly had my best interests at heart. No pressure to up-sell, no pressure to get me into something different than what I wanted. Never thought I'd associate the word "trustworthy" with a dealership, but with Dwight, I do. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Audi.Kevin Sarrafieh

They were very professional and never employed any of the shady tactics that I had experienced at other dealerships (bait… & switch, additional "fees", etc.). I would certainly recommend them to any of my friends who are in the market for an Audi (or other used vehicle that they may have) if they want a no-hassle experience.Great experience

I had been looking for this car for a while and contacted and tested cars at 3 other dealerships and was puzzled by how aggressive… and unreasonable they were. Michael was professional throughout the experience. Took me a week to decide and through out he replied promptly to my questions via text and emails and was fine with 2 test drives before I made my decision. The negotiation process was reasonable and transparent as well. Anyways, it's rare to find this level of professionalism when buying a car so when I experience it I feel it's worth mentioning.
