Unethical, sleazy sales team!!

I spent several hours test driving, negotiating, and talking with the salesman Adam on a Friday. It took a good portion of my day off work to come in and look at a used S5 they had on the lot. Their financing APR was too high, so I told them explicitly that I would get a check from my credit union and be back 2 days later (on a Sunday) and I still wanted the car. I called that morning and they SOLD it from under me. I asked the sales manager and he rudely said "I have a business to run" and then hung up on me. I will NEVER give Audi Pacific a dime of my money!! Sleazy, unethical sales tactics! [non-permissible content removed]!

They will run your credit for no reason, They ran my credit, got approved, took all my info to purchase the car & they sold to someone else! The General Manager states this is standard procedure for them!

As a single woman, I DREADED going into the dealership (so much so that I hired a broker and then promptly got rid of him when I realized that he wasn't getting me a good deal) but I can honestly say that working with Dwight Oh at Pacific Audi was actually quite pleasant. The dealership didn't have the exact car I wanted, but rather than trying to pressure me into something that was already on their lot (which, with my personality, would had led to me walking straight out if I felt any kind of pressure) Dwight called several other dealers and was able to get me my EXACT vehicle at our pre-negotiated rate. He and his team (specifically James) were genuine, friendly, and made me feel like they truly had my best interests at heart. No pressure to up-sell, no pressure to get me into something different than what I wanted. Never thought I'd associate the word "trustworthy" with a dealership, but with Dwight, I do. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Audi.

Best Car Buyinng Experience Ever!!

I have purchased quite a few cars in the last 10 year but this experience was by far the best one yet. Lina Martin was my car rep and she was beyond fantastic. She made sure everything went smoothly and worked with her GM to make sure she was competitive on pricing. I will definitely use Lina and Audi Pacific again in the fire to purchase a vehicle.

I had been searching for a specific used vehicle for a while and found exactly what I was looking for at Audi Pacific. They were very professional and never employed any of the shady tactics that I had experienced at other dealerships (bait & switch, additional "fees", etc.). I would certainly recommend them to any of my friends who are in the market for an Audi (or other used vehicle that they may have) if they want a no-hassle experience.

We were looking for a new car we'd love and a hassle free buying experience. We found both at Audi Pacific. Dwight Oh was great to work with - finding the exact car we wanted and educating us on all of the bells and whistles. He also took care of the financing and other things around our schedule knowing we had two young kids and not a ton of time to spend at the dealer. Great service!

I just wanted to take a minute to commend Michael Moye at Audi pacific where I recently bought an Audi S4. I had been looking for this car for a while and contacted and tested cars at 3 other dealerships and was puzzled by how aggressive and unreasonable they were. Michael was professional throughout the experience. Took me a week to decide and through out he replied promptly to my questions via text and emails and was fine with 2 test drives before I made my decision. The negotiation process was reasonable and transparent as well. Anyways, it's rare to find this level of professionalism when buying a car so when I experience it I feel it's worth mentioning. Michael Moye and his team at Audi Pacicic were great from start to finish . All questions were handled on-line , by phone . We drove 470 miles from our home to Audi Pacific and our Audi S6 was everything and more than Mike had described. Great experience all around!
