Paradise Chevrolet - Tahoe Purchase

Glenn provided information without pressure to buy. Glenn and I communicated via email forā¦ approxiatly 2 weeks on available models and options on the lot and models to come. In a short order I asked last minute for a Tahoe we found on the lot. Glenn helped make it happen. The process for negotiation, and financing was painless and fast. The entire team was great to work with.Great dealership

I felt valued as a customer and was satisfied with the amount of time the service took. They also found the problem and solved it when theā¦ diagnostic machine could not! Paradise by far had the better sales people as they were not pushy, didn't try to get you to buy the 1st car you test drove. Lance was professional and spent the time toā¦ find me the vehicle in my requested price range. I was thinking that I was going to be buying a used vehicle. He was able to get me a new vehicle at the price and features as I was looking for. As we test drove the first vehicle, I told him what I didn't like and about the vehicle. He then said he knew what kind of vehicle I would like. He found me a new Malibu. Sure enough it was the vehicle I liked and had the features and price I was willing to pay. Lance and Cody were exceptional. I was more than satisfied with my deal and the service I received from them and the rest of the team at Paradise.1

by FredFox on 12/15/2015It's all about your service advisor; as a former owner of multiple high-end cars including CTS-V, XLR, BMWs, Mercades Benz known for their excellent service policies, your dealership exceeds them all...the personalized service and follow upā¦ from my advisor, Jeff Hunt, (even when the advisor is on his day off) is the difference. Since the Stingray is a relatively expensive car, certainly for the Chevrolet marquee, I really appreciate the white glove service including the provided car rental...Purchase of Cruze at Paradise Chevrolet

She's not nice and her passion for helping over the phone was horrible. Sorry, I did not catchā¦ her name. My service advisor was awesome! There was one girl at the service center that was really nice and very willing to help when I was physically there. I didn't catch her name. Also, I was bothered by the wait time for the shuttle ride home. I wanted for an hour before I got a ride home. Unfortunately they stated there was some kind of confusion.paradise chevrolet

Excellent Service

The excellent service and wonderful atmosphere made the short wait seem even shorter.. I willā¦ gladley return to Paradise Chevrolet for service.CHevy

I ownedā¦ a car from them about 15 years ago and did not have the same service as I have in the most recent 3 years so whatever changes you have made they have made for a much better experience and would always recommend paradise they go above and beyond to try to accommodate and help
