He researched the problem and gave me the solution, which was an iPhone setting, that has solved the problem. He could… of just said that the software for the Equinox was fine but he went beyond to find the solution I needed.Excellent Customer Service

We never felt pushed or pressured into anything we weren't comfortable with. We had a budget we wanted to… stick with and they were very helpful in finding a truck to meet our needs. This is our third vehicle we have bought from Paradise and we always tell our friends to go there when they are looking for a Chevy. Every space was taken up by Enterprise Rental cars or your shuttle. For a dealership this size… that is simply not acceptable.Paradise Chevrolet's service personnel are #1 always!!

Squeak

They worked diligently and corrected the problem Everyone is very friendly and Dealership is clean and welcoming and the fact… that they shuttle to the Mall is a big plus.Thank you for taking the time to write this wonderful review of our service department. Service discounts
by boaterbob4ever on 09/24/2015Geoff Rasmussen did an excellent job as usual. Repairs were done very well on my 2003 GMC Sierra. The problem I have is with the senior discount. The discount is 5% off up to $500. You should be able to get the discount on the total repair… cost. When the bill is $2500 that is when you NEED the discount. The discount up to $500 is a joke. I have received a 10% discount on the total bill at another GM dealership. Even though I have received great service (at Paradise) the discounts mean a lot to me. I am retired and I have to watch how I spend my money. Next time I will probably looking at going back to the other dealer for major service work.Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Oil Change
by WendyRP on 09/17/2015so far both of my service experiences have been great-chris stilgebouer and Jeffrey hunt were great as were everyone else I came in contact with...my only concern is the fact that on my last visit is that a general comment was left that… they "found a green bungee cord on left rear control arm, suspending emergency brake line". I don't know if that is a good or bad thing but it was not something that I put there. I would have asked at the time, but I just noticed the comment while filing my paperwork.Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Oil change, no wash
by Andrekka on 08/15/2015I got an oil change without scheduling an appointment. Getting situated was a bit slow, but afterwards I received a ride home from the shuttle, which was very nice. I was disappointed that my car was not washed and I was informed afterwards… that Paradise no longer offers this service.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I have been fortunate that all experiences were handled by Christian Ricks who has now been… a salesman there for about 5 years. He and his management team all have longevity with Paradise and I believe that says it all! Every other dealership I have dealt with have the most obvious turnovers. It is so appreciated to deal with the same person with all my automotive needs. Also, I am extremely appreciative of being treated as a valued customer by any and every employee I encountered.
