by carolpr1 on 08/05/2015I just purchased my third vehicle from Paradise. And as with the previous two, the experience was professional, expedient, and extremely pleasant. I have been fortunate that all experiences were handled by Christian Ricks who has now been… a salesman there for about 5 years. He and his management team all have longevity with Paradise and I believe that says it all! Every other dealership I have dealt with have the most obvious turnovers. It is so appreciated to deal with the same person with all my automotive needs. Also, I am extremely appreciative of being treated as a valued customer by any and every employee I encountered. Five Stars for sure to Paradise Chevrolet!Expectations Met

On my most recent visit, I needed the service department to check out the DIC in my… Cruze. They also noticed one of my tires was low, and that it was time for my free oil change. It turned out my tire had a nail in it and needed to be replaced; Jeffrey called to let me know, and even did a price match for the tire I needed. by jdloveland on 05/20/2015I am 64 yrs old and Paradise was the best car buying experience of my life. I cannot say enough good things about them from the time we drove on the lot to the time we drove off the lot. The internet consultants, Thad and Steve were… exceptional. I was more than satisfied with my deal and the service I received. We left the dealership ecstatic with our new car and forgot my jacket in my trade. We had gone about 6 miles away to another local establishment and called Thad to verify their closing hours. Within 10 minutes, Thad was standing in front of us, personally delivering my jacket and some CD's that I had left in my trade CD player. We were really impressed and immediately told everyone within an earshot about Paradise. Needless to say, we didn't stop talking about that for a few days. We drove 80 miles to get to Paradise in Temecula because you were the only dealer in SD county with the Spark EV we wanted. Some of the other dealerships said they would order one for me but wanted a $500 deposit. I contacted Thad via internet on Wednesday and because of the long drive I needed you to hold the vehicle for me until the weekend, You said you would hold it for me and never even asked for a deposit. During that time, I was pre-approved, had an amount I wanted for my trade-in and had a good idea of what my lease payments would be before I even got to the dealership. When I got to the dealership, I was able to receive a little more for my trade-in than I expected and my lease payments were $10 less than I anticipated! It was worth the drive! PARADISE IS A PERFECT NAME FOR YOUR DEALERSHIP! We will always do business with Paradise Chevrolet in the future and will encourage all our friends and family to do the same. Thanks again!!!! PS. and yes the Spark EV did make it back to El Cajon (80 miles) with a few miles still left on the charge. GO GREEN!!!My brand new Cruze
