My parents and I are repeat customers with Paradise. We have always felt taken care of, and that the staff are honest regarding the services we need done. On my most recent visit, I needed the service department to check out the DIC in my Cruze. They also noticed one of my tires was low, and that it was time for my free oil change. It turned out my tire had a nail in it and needed to be replaced; Jeffrey called to let me know, and even did a price match for the tire I needed. I really appreciate the level of service and courtesy I receive from Paradise.
