I had no particular issues with my car, I should… mention. I was glad to see that when it came time for me to pick it up, the line moved quickly, because the employees were promptly attending to all of us. In an review of a previous visit, I had complained about sluggish service at pick-up time.Thank you so much for taking the time to provide such great feedback. I knew what vehicle I wanted so I used the express purchase on their website to get a head start on the process. Everything was… taken care of in just less than 2 hours and I left with my new vehicle. Best customer service for a wonderful car

We thought we will take the car on same day but we missed to bring in one of the… documents, Praneeth offered a ride back home. He recommended to take the insurance in their showroom which actually worked out to be the best deal for us. Pretty Happy with my Lease dealings at Toyota Sunnyvale

During the whole experience, I never felt like I was being pushed… for the purchase of this car. All in all, it's a good experience.
