Waiting for pick up

During 50 minutes, she and her manager reported me the situation periodically. So even I waited for 50 minutes, I could… stay calm.Thanks for your awesome review. This was a new vehicle purchase, so I was disappointed to say the least. I exchanged the car for another, new vehicle of… the same make and modeland Toyota Sunnyvale and Ratha were helpful in facilitatiing this. I messaged her to voice my dissapointment and she was helpful in setting me up with a car for when my vehicle went into servicing, and then being flexible to respond when I changed game plans and just wanted a new vehicle altogether.I do apologize for the initial difficulties you experienced with your new vehicle but I'm glad to hear that things have been smoothed over by Ratha. It is imperative to us that we make our costumer satisfied. If there is anything else that we can do to help you with regard to your vehicle, please feel free to let us know.
