The Moment I walked in the place I knew I was going to be the best decision of my life , as a first time buyer it takes dedication and patience, which only on individual had it DHANEN SHAH and I proudly share it In bold letters because from the moment we started having that conversation we both knew it would be a long wait and guess what Dhanen Shah (uncle) made it happen for me as a first time buyer came out driving my dream car the car that will be for ever mine one of the most beautiful and safest cars my children would be share beautiful moments .     The best thing about my experience is that Jamie listened to exactly what I wanted and went to get it for me. It was hassle free and met all my requirements I wanted in my new 4runner. Jamie strives to make the customer happy. This has been the easiest process I ever had when purchasing a vehicle.

  • Waiting for pick up

    I had to wait for 50 minutes when I pick up my car because the staff I passed my slip couldn't find the key of my car. During 50 minutes, she and her manager reported me the situation periodically. So even I waited for 50 minutes, I could stay calm.

    I had a problem with the vehicle I purchased... the keys stopped working after 4 days and the radio would not turn off. This was a new vehicle purchase, so I was disappointed to say the least. I exchanged the car for another, new vehicle of the same make and modeland Toyota Sunnyvale and Ratha were helpful in facilitatiing this. I messaged her to voice my dissapointment and she was helpful in setting me up with a car for when my vehicle went into servicing, and then being flexible to respond when I changed game plans and just wanted a new vehicle altogether.
    • I do apologize for the initial difficulties you experienced with your new vehicle but I'm glad to hear that things have been smoothed over by Ratha.     Made an appointment and was handled very quickly and courteously. I never have the same service advisor but am always treated the same: with respect! And all of the advisors are knowledgeable and helpful about future thinking re: preventive maintenance.
