She also helped me with the loaner car and she gave me a call to let me know that my car was ready. by LoveMyCar90 on 04/21/2016Had an appointment. Came in o time. Got checked in in about 10 min after I arrived. Waited another 5 mins for my paperwork. Got explained what was going to happen to the car. Got my cost estimate and even got a time estimate when to pick up… car. Got a ride to the office, got a call a few hours sooner then the designated pick up time to come get my car, got a call from my account manager who reviewed the bill, told me about a couple of things I have neglected in the past and told him I would setup follow up appointment. Came back a few hours later to pick up car. It was washed and cleaned also. What can I ask for for a simple oil change. Impressive.Amazing customer service

My old service adviser had left a few years back, so from there when ever I needed service I would receive a random adviser. This last trip was… different, I found a very friendly adviser named Kevin Tran who was very attentive and delivered what he promised. I don't know about you, but for me, integrity and respect is very big for me. He made suggestions for my vehicle and delivered and cleaned it on time. I am so happy with his service, that I will only go to him from now on.Excellent Customer Service

by fmalloy on 04/05/2016Dealer was initially motivated to address the problem, but later stated that the noise we were hearing was "normal" and said no repair necessary. After much research I found this was not normal and had to push them very hard to troubleshoot… further. I ended up opening a case with BMW of North America, and finally they found the issue and repaired it after a BMW engineer became involved. The car was at the dealership three weeks. Very unhappy with the customer service, although Julie, our representative, was very helpful and professional.Bought a new Z4

I was told it would take less than four hours from the time they opened. My car was not ready until 4:30 the following… day. I called 4 times during the day to check on my car. The last time I called, they told me it had been ready but neglected to call me to tell me it was ready. It does absolutely no good to schedule an appointment.Great service

On Sat, March 12 I started looking online and found the vehicle we wanted at Stevens Creek BMW - Alpine White/Black Interior 2016 Z4 sDrive 35is. I sent an inquiry through the… web interface and was soon contacted by Alex Chui, Internet Sales Manager. Alex was fantastic to work with - very responsive, answered all my questions, and confirmed any details I asked about. Negotiation and credit application was done over the phone. We live an hour away, so Alex worked diligently without wasting any time. We drove to San Jose where Alex met us and quickly offered us a test drive in another Z4 (since the one we were inquiring about was being detailed for us). Alex sent us off (on our own) and when we returned, Alex was waiting by the newly detailed white Z4. Alex then sent us to Finance, where we were introduced to Ebrahim Rahimi. Sinc eit was pouring rain and starting to get dark, Ebrahim worked swiftly to get all the paperwork done so we could get back on the road and head home. The paperwork (contract & financing) was smooth and seamless. We were then back with Alex, who went over the car with us, and made sure the navigation was programmed, and all the basic functions of the car were covered so we could safely drive home. Alex and Ebrahim have both followed up with us to make sure we were completely satisfied - which we are! To summarize: We arrived at Stevens Creek BMW at 3:30pm and we were done and on the road by 6:15pm. The dealership was very busy that day, but we never felt rushed. We felt cared for - the way a BMW buyer should feel - The Ultimate Buying Experience!Car warranty service

Even if it was late, it was not a big deal because they give a loaner car. Just remember… to reserve loaner in advance; it generally takes 2 weeks to get one.Stevens Creek BMW - Very Pleased
