    The service was stellar! 🙌 at Stevens Creek MB We were made to feel like VIPs at the dealership by all. Having to drop off the “beast” (that is what I named my SUV 🫶) was fine as it was returned in top condition, as expected. THANK YOU! MB at Stevens

  • Purchase of 2009 E350

    I purchased a used 2012 E350 in February of 2024. It was an excellent deal and in incredible shape. It was a high-performance vehicle that had decent gas mileage. I was so impressed with what they had to offer that when my wife needed a car to replace her aging auto, I called the same salesman who sold me the first car and asked if he had anything like mine again. I was amazed! He said yes. I drove over the next day and purchased a second E 350 but a little older, a 2009. It is working great. We are now happy MB owners with two in the driveway. The neighbors think we came into some money but the reality is that they were trade-ins that were very well taken care of by their previous owners (each car had only one owner), and I was in the right place at the right time!     Make an appointment with Goran Muftic in the Sales Dept. He's the best in the business and really cares about his customers! I've leased my last four cars from him, and each time, the experience was first class! You owe it to yourself to check it out! The Service Dept. is top-notch as well!

    The Salesperson was rude because I had contacted another dealer for better pricing. He promised me a few add-ons which were never delivered.

    I recently leased a 2024 EQ through my sales associate Diana Than. Just as in my first purchase in 2020 she treated me like royalty! I simply expressed how much I liked a 350 4matic that was on the showroom floor as I was waiting for the service on my GLS. She noted that and sent me a concrete price for a lease that was well under the mrsp! When I decided to go ahead with the lease she and the finance team made everything exceptionally smooth! Once I took possession she guided me with great tips on charging and set everything up through MercedesMe Connect. I love my first BEV and I have her to thank for it!

    I purchased a 2020 GLS in March of 2020. For the life of my car I have had John Stansbery as my SA. I couldn’t possibly be happier with how he makes me feel. Any question he answers, he fixes small things himself so I don’t have to schedule and appointment, and when I need a service appointment he always makes sure a loaner is available and communicates clearly when car will be done. The whole service process is easily the best experience I have had in my 65 years!

    I recently took my car to Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek for maintenance, and I couldn't be happier with the service. As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed by a maintenance advisor who was not only professional but also genuinely cared about taking great care of my car. After the maintenance was done, my car felt amazing, just like it did when it was brand new. They really paid attention to every detail to make sure my vehicle was in excellent condition before giving it back to me. It was such a relief knowing that my car was in such capable hands.   • Pretty good experience

    The price was great, the Finance Manager was good on that when I verbalized I was not interested in any extended warranties etc. he did not try to sell them to me. The salesman was friendly. My only gripe, I was not financing this used car from them but they did a hard credit pull on me. This should have been told to me at the outset.

    We had a very nice experience and did not feel pressured at any point in the process. Once it was time to sign the contracts, a lot of dealers try to sell warranty agreements, coatings, etc but MB of Stevens Creek did not. Signing the paperwork and completing the sale as actually an enjoyable experience as opposed to other dealerships.

    I dealt with two salespersons to purchase the car. Although I made the payment for the car on December 22nd, I didn't receive it until January 5th. Unable to wait any longer, I visited the store to inquire about the delay from the sales manager. The second salesperson who handed over the car impressed me greatly. He provided thorough explanations about the vehicle, was easy to communicate with, and approached his work with evident passion. Unfortunately, I've forgotten his name, but I recall he was from the Mini Cooper department. If I were his manager, I would certainly consider rewarding him with a bonus.

We had intended to buy a different make car that day but had poor an experience so we decided, on a whim, to give Mercedes a try.
