    The service rep, Jose, is awesome!!! He is very kind and approachable. He listens to his customers concerns and delivers the best possible outcome. He is a keeper and deserves a big raise. I have dealt with MB for a very long time since 2006 when I bought my first car from this dealership and I have never come across such a genuine service rep. Keep up the great work, Jose.

  • Sales great, buying process very painfull

    Stephanie was very knowledgeable in showing us the car features and answered all of our questions but once we committed to buy, the process took forever (hours) to generate what were mostly "boilerplate" forms. Iterations were required for our address and even the actual price.

  • Treated like a queen!

    Though I was there to find a used cheaper car, I was treated with Mercedes respect and friendliness. There was no rush or pressure, the saleswoman was informed about the car and willing to let me take it further for freeway speeds. They detailed it and delivered it to my house an hour away, with a full tank of gas. She communicated adequately on text without being bothersome. My only caveat was there was no owners manual and it’s less convenient to read online, but I love my new used car!

    Call in to make a service appointment ,they were able to schedule me for a next day service appointment. Anthony Lorenzo was my service advisor, he was profesional and answer my questions. He make sure my car was taken care of and was giving back to me washed and vacuum. Happy with the service.When I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased services thru Auto nation BEST decision!

    They sat on my repair for 3 weeks. I got tired of waiting so i brought it over to Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek who repaired it.

  • Recall Service

    I had recall service and fixed appointment for 7:40 AM. I reach dealership at 7:35AM and am told the associate assigned to me comes around 8 AM to 8:15 AM (really ?). I decided to drop off the car by filling a form. I asked for shuttle for ride back to home, I am told that service starts after 10 AM. Around 8:30 AM I get call if I would like to wash, vacuum car and it is $1 (token money). Around 4:15 PM , I get call my car is ready. I reach dealership , it takes another 30-35 minutes to get the car . I asked the person what it took so long and his reply was in line for washing (why the heck you call me and tell me it is ready). When I took the delivery of the car, it was washed from outside but no vacuum . The whole experience was pretty bad.

  • Replacement of Camshafts

    I met with a service tech and he explained in detail the diagnosis of the issue and what needed to be replaced or fixed. Camshafts were nearly shot, timing chain was stretched and the timing chain guide needed replacing. I was told 2 weeks for the repairs to be completed and it was fixed within that time frame and added a wash/detailing as a bonus. It sounded fantastic and didn't clatter when turning over but however it was extremely pricey, alittle over 10k. Overall, I'm satisfied with the repairs and would recommend this dealership.

    One price makes it easy not because there is no room for negotiation but because they price their vehicles really well below KBB so you don't have to 2nd guess your choice.
