Actually pretty disappointed.
by Soldier on 07/30/2025Purchased was pretty smooth. The price was just a little off from the online calculated amount to the actual or total price they gave me which was disappointing. Richard from sales and Joji from finance are pretty cool. The car was a bit… dirty tho, and they said they were gonna clean it. I saw some markings that would’ve been easily wiped off if they actually clean the car. After finalizing with finance and getting to the car, the marks were still there. But other than that, happy with the purchase of my new used car. Update August 2025: I just found out that there was a huge body repair that was covered up on the used car I just bought and the dealership didn’t even inform me about it. I really like the car in general, I’m just very disappointed.New car

Sales person took me to DMV to renew (above & beyond!) problem was insurance not kicking in for 3 days… required buying one week temp policy (+$200!) so I could drive home!Hello, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. Find a different dealer if you want the best price. I got suckered

I went home and bragged about the deal I got on a Honda forum and started seeing what others paid online in our area and realized I got screwed... actually "ripped off". Will… avoid doing business with them, and telling everyone to avoid if possible. I'm really unhappy with the shadyness. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Not A Good Experience with Leasing.
by Leaser101 on 01/30/2025I made an appointment and visited this dealership to check out the Honda Prologue. However, my experience was disappointing. The salesperson proceeded to check my credit without my approval. The initial offer was not favorable, with a very… high monthly payment—until they tried to convince me to trade in my old car, something I was initially hesitant about. I was eventually offered a good trade-in price and paid $3,000 (down payment or lease initiation fee) for a three-year lease. I also agreed to several add-ons, which significantly increased my monthly payment. Unfortunately, Hondalink was not successfully installed, and the salesperson seemed more focused on leaving for the day than ensuring everything was set up properly. Being new to car leasing, I sought advice from friends and family. After reviewing my contract, I realized that my monthly payment was still quite high despite the trade-in, down payment, and government rebates. I reached out to the finance department to discuss canceling the add-ons. Initially, I was able to speak with the finance officer, but instead of assisting me, they tried to convince me to keep them. I requested to speak with a manager, but none of my follow-up calls were answered or returned. The manager never got back to me, and I also never received any follow-ups from my salesperson. Overall, customer service at Pacific Honda needs significant improvement. I felt misled throughout the process, and based on this experience, I may not consider returning for future car purchases.Hi, we appreciate your honest review. We don’t know how we got so lucky to work with this man, but his heart is… so good and his impact is so big. Fred is also the best at closing these deals and ensuring we get what need for service packages. Honda in general has the best people, the best service, and the best value cars on the planet. Walking away with a luxury vehicle at an unbeatable price with peace of mind for service is PRICELESS as a working mom with a growing family.
