Been a customer for years but this time Billy made completing the lease of a new BMW quick and easy. He was patient, knowledgeable and when needed involved management to to get around an issue and quickly solved it. Thanks, abdalla bassouni

    We purchased a used X2 from BMW of Roseville. From meeting with the dealer to signing the papers all was an easy a pleasurable experience. Our salesman Tory had the car ready to test drive when we arrived. We talked about the car what we were looking for and the price we wanted to stay at for our budget. All of these fit and off to the finance and title manager. 1.5 hrs later we were done and driving the car home. Thank you all for making it a great purchase.

    I brought my car in for a 40,000 tune up. I told Rocky that I was having an issue with a warning coming on regarding a malfunction on the passenger side seat belt. I was still under the warranty for that unless it was from an outside influence. They said they would be able to tell with a certain test. Rocky called me in the afternoon and said it would be covered under the warranty. I called the next day for an update on my car, but I never received a call back. The next day Rocky called and said the part was in and again if when they got in there and saw it was an outside influence it would not be covered. I asked what is would cost and I was quoted somewhere around $2200. I said if it is an outside issue not to fix. I did get my car back after 3 days and only paid the the service. It was stressful though.

    We had the worst experience with purchasing our I4 at Roseville BMW. We had to contact BMW cooperate to file a complain. They apparently have lot of miss-communication within the managers and they accept it very proudly. I didn’t even get my bmw set up right away, I had to contact them about it few times before they could send the link. I had to seek help from Elk Grove BMW several times after purchasing the car so I can get the correct answer and reach out to Roseville to ask them what I needed. I have bought so many cars and this was our worst experience.

    Well, it was time to put new tires on the beast. I contacted BMW of Roseville and they were able to schedule me in with very short notice. As part of that, they were able to order the tires and get them in stock within a day or so. From the point of first contact to the point where I was back on the road, the service staff was very professional. I couldn't expect anything better. The whole job took a little over 3 hours and I was happy to wait in their lobby. Note that free transport service was available, should I have needed to leave. The bottom line is that this service experience with BMW of Roseville was great. My thanks to all who helped make this so!

  • Too many delays

    I had my car towed on the morning of Friday, May 19th as I had 1 tire that had a cut in it. i received a walkaround video on Monday, May 22 at 4:18pm. Then I was later told that the back tire had a bubble. They didn't see that during the walkaround? Ended up ordering 4 tires due to current promotion. I was then informed that the wrong tires were ordered. Car then needed an alignment which is expected when getting 4 new tires.. My car wasn't ready until noon on Friday, May 26th. Rocky was nice and kept me in the loop. However, it's unacceptable to deal with not having a car for an entire week.. A rental should have been offered due to the delay and mistakes on the order of my tires. I normal have no issues at all. It should not take an entire week to purchase tires.

    Amazing service experience! I have taken my vehicles in to this dealership for routine service appointments and I leave impressed every time. I work with Nghia and he is professional, courteous, and always go above and beyond to make sure I understand the work done and to answer any questions I may have. They also do a great job with future planning so I am aware of what services are due in the future and work to get me scheduled in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

    Bought an i4-40 from Roseville BMW, came came in on a Saturday, picked it up on a Sunday. They were not able to completely get it ready for so I cam back with the car the following Saturday. I received a full detail inside and out. For having to come back the Sales manager comp me a home charger. That was a priceless experience. my entire sales experience was great, I received regular updates on my car until it was delivered.
