Excellent customer Service & Quick Problem Solving

Been a customer for years but this time Billy made completing the lease of a new BMW quick and easy. He was patient, knowledgeable and when needed involved management to to get around an issue and quickly solved it. Thanks, abdalla bassouni

  • “Are you Missing Something”

    This is second time I’ve been in for service. Where there is a alert ‼️ coming up on my dashboard. I had my 4 tires changed on my BMW 430i. The alert says something about the tires being foreign to the car. Why I have no idea. I would assume all this would be checked. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule. To deal with this problem. This is not over all great service. 🤔

    Routine oil change, vehicle inspection and maintenance, repair of ignition, battery replacement. We were very pleased with the service and the overall experience that we received. The staff were very courteous and professional and explained everything to us. The service technicians were very honest and straightforward. We are very happy and we will highly recommend Roseville BMW to our friends and family.

    I found a car I liked online. There aren't many around of this particular, older model. I called and spoke with AMIR and he was the most unhelpful, snarky, irritated person. He sucks. He pushed the entire thing onto a newer person named Joanna Barcera. Joanna is amazing. I told her when I first spoke with her if this deal is too much of a hassle, just tell me. Don't refuse to talk to me or be obviously irritated. She said she was told most of these deals don't work out, but she is willing to figure it out and handle it with me. She returned calls. She was always polite. I told her I think Amir doesn't like women and the silence was really loud. I worked with a person from an Autonation in my area and they were very familiar with the Roseville location. They asked who I worked with, I told them Joanna. They mentioned she must be new. I said the first person I talked to was awful. They asked me, 'was it Amir?' Yes, why yes, it was. That Amir is apparently so awful that you don't even have to say his name - you say jerk and they already know who. The sales manager David Daood was great. The few interactions we had with him were fine, polite, pleasant. The finance gentleman we worked with was awesome as well. The entire dealership both here in San Diego and there in Roseville, with the exception of Amir, were really easy to work with. Especially, on a 'not easy', 'out of the box', transaction. I'm very unhappy that Joanna had to split HER commission with Amir. He deserves nothing. He dismissively spoke to me for part one day. I am very unhappy that he surely browbeat the new girl into having to share her hard earned money with him.

    Gina from sales helped us for buying our first time car buying in United States and it’s a certified BMW 330i. Awesome, Mindblowing deal..!!! and purchased the car within a day with BMW finance services. They don’t have any extra charges, app purchase unlike other bmw showrooms etc ..!! Value for money..!!

    Chris Cubberly did a great job keeping me informed about progress and additional work to be performed. He also stepped up to make the cost work for me and them. My only knock on things was how long it took to get the parts needed. The parts were available, but it took 3-4 days for the parts to arrive. They were in stock to ship. I asked if there was a faster delivery for a higher delivery price. I offered to pay extra, but was told that it couldn’t come faster. That seemed strange to me. This isn’t a knock on Chris. Chris and the service team were great. It’s more a question why BMW couldn’t deliver it faster.

    No one loves going to their car serviced because that always means another expense lol but I can honestly say bringing my car in to get serviced and knowing my advisor is Laura I truly get super happy because she knows exactly what customer service is even tho she may give me another expense lol but I trust her honesty she tells me if I really need something or I can hold off until next time . She is really dope and always go to her for help.
