  • Vehicle purchase without visiting the dealership

    Just wanted to share a unique buying experience as I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 MDX from Niello Acura then had it shipped to the midwest without ever visiting the dealership. Denise Velez has been a pleasure to work with and comes highly recommended. Thanks!

  • The Best in the Business

    First of all, Acuras are great cars and will last you for years, maybe even decades if you want to that route. Point is, that's how great Acuras are engineered in addition to their great and slick looks. But regarding Niello Acura in particular, the best dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. And it's not a matter of me just going in there, having a good experience, getting the car, and leaving happy because everyone was so nice to me. But in addition to getting the best and unreal deal possible on my brand new TLX, It's a matter of a three month ongoing situation. I won't get into the exact details of the situation, but all I can say is that Niello's salesteam (Howard, great guy), GM Vince Gregory along with the other team members went far and beyond to accommodate my vehicle, and me personally. I can almost guarantee that what I had them do for me is something that maybe happens extremely rarely, if that. Point is, NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF PROBLEM or concern you may be having with your vehicle or anything else, IT WILL BE RESOLVED with Niello Acura, even if you come months later. You can feel rest assured and secure that they will NOT take advantage of you, and your interest is their interest. I know this review sounds almost too good to be true and even as a salespitch, but this is the truth of how Niello Acura operates and treats their customers. Again, almost every dealership is nice and "pleasant", but these guys were tested and were proven to be the best in the business during a situation that majority of other dealerships would not respond well to. Go to Niello.

    We had a very pleasant purchase experience from Niello on our 2015 MDX AWD Adv/Ent. Brian Powers was our saleman who provided a great customer service with excellent communication that made our purchase easy, simple without having to spending a lot of time at the dealer.

    I wanted to buy an Acura TLX and stopped by Niello in Roseville. These salesmen have lower the standard and the excellence of Acura dealership. I feel like being attacked by the inexperience salesman Jordan and his [non-permissible content removed] manager: I feel harassed, insulted and humiliated. What an horrible experience? Even the vehicle costs $1.00; I will prefer to go 50 or 100 miles away to other Acura dealership where people treat you like with dignity!

    I considered an Acura because of my past experience with Niello, I bought the 2014 MDX because of KEVIN P.! Kevin provided insightful advice on the vehicle's features and options that helped my wife and me decide the MDX is the right car. There is sincere passion in how he explains everything. I also appreciate how hard Kevin worked for me. Kevin and Niello exceeded my expectations.

    I purchased my first MDX in 2008 and had the car serviced their throughout. I forwarded a list of options to Internet Sales and agreed to purchased another MDX 2013. However, when I came pick up the vehicle and went over the options they listed Chrome Wheels from China and not the Acura Chrome Look Wheels. They would not honor their price. If they are going to quote another wheel (not even a Acura product)they should at least disclosed it. I glad I had a back-up offer. I went to Stockton Acura and got exactly what I wanted. The Sales Manager at Neillo whouldn't even look at me. Very disappointing experience.

    I have bought many cars in the past and have relatives in the car industry, but have never had as pleasant of a car buying experience as I had when I purchased my 2013 RDX. Denise is fantastic. She really seems to care for the customer and constantly stressed that customer satisfaction is their dealerships' goal. She wasn't kidding. I am from the Bay Area and was going to buy my RDX in the Bay Area but was visiting friends in Sacramento over the holiday. Since I was in Sacramento for the long weekend, I decided to test drive the RDX and Neillo was the closest dealership. When I walked on the lot, Denise was the first person I saw. She was so helpful, not pushy in any way shape or form, and gave up so much of her time even though there were so many other customers on the lot. I was so pleased with the experience that I ended up buying the RDX right then and there. They gave me the price I wanted without all that haggling I have gone through with so many other dealerships. There was none of that constant back and forth with financing that I have experienced with EVERY other car I have purchased. Plus their financing was amazing! It was stressfree and such a pleasant experience. They didn't have the color I wanted but it was on route and was to arrive within 5-7 days. It ended up getting there even sooner than expected. Denise was so sweet, she took pictures of it inside and out and sent them to me, because it was going to be another 2 days before I could get back to Sacramento. Love her! Since I had just sold my current car, and my RDX was not in stock at the dealership she arranged for a cute loaner car, a brand new ILX, which was also a very pleasant surprise. I was so thankful that I didn't have to rent a car for the week. When I picked up my car, Denise also spent 2 hours with me going over all the features of the RDX, again even though there were plenty of potential customers on the lot. All and all a great experience, not to mention the RDX is AMAZING!
  • Acura at any price is quality and resale value

    Sold my 03 rsx-s 150k mi. put that $7500 on a 12 TL sh awd tech at .9%. Honda finance allowed that because I'm on my 3rd Honda product. Niello Sacramento, CA Acura dealer is represented on the internet by Gary Riley. A salesman with integrity. I purchased the product from Gary and Acura. Niello may be a great place/company,but that means nothing until you put your trust in a quality professional individual that you choose. Find someone like him representing a great product and as they say in the car business a good deal only gets better while a bad one will always fall apart. Price well it's alot, and no matter what deal you think your making they still manage to sell you at their price and make you feel good about it especially like financing terms. They need to reach these profit points its what pays the bills for the salesman and his dealer as well as the brand. Let's face it we want their cars and will pay what it takes as long as the value and quality is there. Acura will no doubt see me again in another 100,000 mi. at their price and make you feel good about it especially the terms.
