He gave me a recap of all the maintenance items that I requested and then completed my estimated invoice. He then gave me an… estimated amount of how much time I could expect the labor to take. It took them 9 hours for Oil Change

Not happy
by Maria on 10/13/2022I took my car in for an oil change (I had an appointment) and my car was making a sound when I turned. They said my car would be ready by 2 latest 3 and I was like ok perfect no problem (my appointment was at 11:15) I only got one update at… 2:30 and the girl said my car was almost ready they were just test driving it to make sure they fixed it correctly and I said ok cool no worries that’s fine. 3 pm came around and nothing ok fine. 4 pm and still nothing. 4:20 I finally when up to her and asked her what was up to my car because I needed to be at work at 5 and I had to pick up my sister at 3:30 she calls and my car was apparently getting another test drive. I don’t mind waiting and I feel like I was very patient the whole time but the way she answered me was very rude and I have bought 4 cars from this particular Nissan but she makes me not want to come back at all for anything that has to do with service. She provides no updates on my car I even left to go get something to eat and I text her and received no reply. She needs to be able to at least let people know that the car is going to take longer. I feel like I was very patient because I didn’t say anything until 4:20. I would’ve made different arrangements even left my car if I needed to but she didn’t say anything at all.We’d like to thank you for sharing details of your recent experience at our dealership.
