  • Fixing another dealer

    So…I bought this car at another dealer in another county and auto group and when the gave me a free oil change the gave me a bad oil leak cause they didn’t do the job right riverside not only fix my problem and also replaced my battery clean my car and on top of that my bank was giving me problems paying so much at one time vw riverside worked with me to get me out of there and i am so thankful for that they were patient understanding and answered every question I had and they did it fast the other dealer took 8 hrs for an appointment oil change vw riverside did a battery swop and oil change in like 90 mins roughly and they were very busy I didn’t see anyone stay more then a hr for whatever they were there for there fast and good and understanding very much recommend

  • Terrible Experience

    This is a terrible dealership. Maintenance took over 6 hours. They did not refill the windshield wiper fluid. They did not rotate the tires. They did not wash the car after I asked them to, and they agreed to it. They previously tried to overcharge me for maintenance. They only had 1-2 mechanics on a week day to help with cars, but multiple service advisors doing nothing. They only completed maintenance after I requested a manager be involved. They have tried to lie to me about costs and maintenance previously. They kept my car for 3 months when they were unable to find what was wrong with it. I had to have VW corporate involved. When trying to sell the car to them, they undercut the value of the car significantly. I sold it to a much better VW dealership nearby. Avoid this car dealership at all costs. Do not bring your car in for maintenance. Do not purchase a car from them.

    Given that I was in the middle of moving into our new house a broken car was not something I needed. Fortunately Riverside Volkswagen came thru with flying colors and save the day. Very flexible and understanding. Although my car was not fixed 100% a detailed reasoning was given to me by Fernando a service member and I understood more how to go about fixing my problem. Thank you for making a otherwise stressful situation a pretty pleasant one instead.

  • Fabulous Service!

    My engine lost power on my 2024 VW Atlas. Boooooo! But Riverside VW got my car right in, replaced the faulty water pump and thermometer, and got the car back to me the next day. Service was quick and the guys were super polite and friendly. I am happy.

    Great customer service. We had to bring in our 2014 VW Passat TDI service and we didn't have an appointment, but Michael Lopez in the Service Department was able to get us in with no issues, as always. Vehilce was checked and serviced with no issues. Great service as always.

    My 2019 VW Jetta was needing a fresh oil change. I called the VW service department, they promptly made an appointment for 1 PM. I arrived on time, the service advisor was quick to complete the service work order. I had time for two cups of coffee, by 3 PM, my car's service was completed.

  • I had a great experience with Riverside VW!

    A few weeks ago, my VW started showing an alert, but when I took it to a different VW dealership, they told me there was nothing they could do since the alert wasn’t active at the time. The issue came back and progressively got worse, so I called Riverside VW and I’m so glad I did. They were able to get me in for a same-day appointment. I dropped off my vehicle and they even provided me an Uber home, which was super convenient. Later that day, they diagnosed the issue (a problem with my steering wheel), ordered the necessary part, and called me to keep me updated. By the next day, the part arrived, the repair was complete, and everything was covered under warranty. Fast, professional, and hassle-free service from start to finish. Thank you, Riverside VW!

    This is the type of review that I wish I could write more often. I appreciated the knowledge and the professionalism of the staff. Originally I went in to purchase a battery for my daughter’s ‘21 Jetta. The guy at the parts counter was very courteous and got me the correct part. Right before I paid, I asked if there would be issues if I replaced the battery. He said there probably would be and then went over to speak with Michael at the service desk. Michael told me the issues that I couple potentially have, including lessening the life of the battery if it wasn’t merged or adapted to the car. I decided to have my daughter bring the car in to the service center instead. We arrived around 11:30am and were told we could have the car back in a couple of hours because the techs were going on their lunch break. My daughter and I were discussing how to get her son picked up from school because her car wouldn’t be ready in time. Michael heard our conversation and quickly jumped on the phone. He was able to get someone to work on my daughter’s vehicle and she got it back with plenty of time to spare. Michael was awesome. I really appreciated the effort and willingness to go above and beyond by getting my daughter her car back when he heard our dilema. Thank you Michael.
