Dealership Service Review
This is the type of review that I wish I could write more often. I appreciated the knowledge and the professionalism of the staff. Originally I went in to purchase a battery for my daughter’s ‘21 Jetta. The guy at the parts counter was very courteous and got me the correct part. Right before I paid, I asked if there would be issues if I replaced the battery. He said there probably would be and then went over to speak with Michael at the service desk. Michael told me the issues that I couple potentially have, including lessening the life of the battery if it wasn’t merged or adapted to the car. I decided to have my daughter bring the car in to the service center instead. We arrived around 11:30am and were told we could have the car back in a couple of hours because the techs were going on their lunch break. My daughter and I were discussing how to get her son picked up from school because her car wouldn’t be ready in time. Michael heard our conversation and quickly jumped on the phone. He was able to get someone to work on my daughter’s vehicle and she got it back with plenty of time to spare. Michael was awesome. I really appreciated the effort and willingness to go above and beyond by getting my daughter her car back when he heard our dilema. Thank you Michael.
