    Love that the dealer is closer to home. We’ve been there a few times now and Cesar was our service rep. He’s been amazing and super helpful. He’s knowledgeable to gave us different options on what the car can use for service. Next time we go we are definitely requesting Cesar.

  • FOB key replacement

    I went to Riverside Metro Honda to have my laser cut FOB key replaced. The dealership also needed to sync my new FOB to my vehicle. Riverside Metro Honda service department safely, quickly and accurately provided the service that I needed. It took approximately 1 hr and 15 mins. The waiting area was clean, the coffee was hot and delicious. I would recommend them to you too!

    My vehicle needed a new battery since the old one had no life left so I drove it to this dealership and the vehicle stalled out 10 feet from the service department I called the service department and the individual thought being broken down 10 feet from the service department was funny I asked him if he could bring a portable battery charger and he said no for me to call a tow truck I had to stand in the hot sun for 2 hours while I waited on a tow truck to bring to help charge my battery the tow truck driver told me to call off purchasing a battery from them and any service appointment s I ended up buying the battery and not getting any other service done the service advisor said I can speak to his manager his manager was giving me dirty looks and also when I tried making the initial appointment the lady answering the phone started insulting me why I kept repeating the word service to her this dealership doesn’t care about your safety or well being only your money

  • Tech turned on AC during oil change appt and left it on

    The tech turned on the AC during the servicing and did not turn it off. It really wasn't needed for an oil change, and I had only rolled in with 50 miles of fuel in the tank. AC eats it up really fast. My Civic is the natural gas model and it does not get much range, I try to conserve it regularly. He wasn't even in the car long enough for it to need to cool down. And leaving the AC on without airing it out first makes the interior smell weird. Advisor also told me that all parts from my parts car (2012 CNG Civic) would not be compatible with the 2014, which after doing my own research, was either gross misinformation or a bold-faced lie. They're both 9th gen Civics.

    Came in for a casual oil change and rotation service and left with peace of mind . Erwin E Stein Took me through all my car issues and upcoming Maintenance. When I mentioned the possibility of scheduling my recall I had put off for months he let me know he’d take care it . Well not long after he informed me that the team was in fact taking care of my fuel pump recall during this exact visit. I came out of the dealer with peace of mind knowing Erwin had my best interest in mind , thanks again!

    Went and got an oil change the other day & realized whoever did it, did NOT out the piece underneath my car back on correctly & now every time i hit a speed bump or a dip i hear it scraping my car. Wish I could insert a picture, haven't had time to go back so now i just keep damaging my car. Thanks honda

    Honestly I wish I had originally bought my Honda from here. I've only had great experiences. They have never lied to me, or try to over charge me. They explain everything to me, always tell me when they have coupons to make things more affordable and never try to add on any unnecessary additional services. I trust Riverside Honda, and I'd recommend them to anyone, especially women who have been taken advantage of before at other car business before.
