But we were greeted by Arlene Bonifacio. She was perfect..… relaxed, professional, informative, but not in any way pressuring us. She showed us several Hondo EV's and we asked if she had any blue or red ones (which none of the other dealerships had). And Arlene immediately started searching. She found the perfect car for us. A gorgeous Ocean Blue Prologue. She explained the pros and cons of leasing vs. financing. We ultimately decided to lease and Arlene walked us through the steps, always being mindful of our needs. Beware of Forced Add Ons
by debbies on 02/14/2025Great service from Lizabeth, sales and finance. HOWEVER, beware- the sticker price is not the real price (this was a used car purchase) . They stick you unknowingly in the paperwork with forced add on's- specifically two worthless items,… Karr and Permaplate. These two items were NOT reflected on the sticker of the car and are NOT optional (you have no choice) - they both amount to over 2 K. No mention of these add on's when you are considering the car or even when you are in the purchase process. People are great, but this is not transparent to a buyer and for this reason I give a lower rating.Thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one.
