Great service from Lizabeth, sales and finance. HOWEVER, beware- the sticker price is not the real price (this was a used car purchase) . They stick you unknowingly in the paperwork with forced add on's- specifically two worthless items, Karr and Permaplate. These two items were NOT reflected on the sticker of the car and are NOT optional (you have no choice) - they both amount to over 2 K. No mention of these add on's when you are considering the car or even when you are in the purchase process. People are great, but this is not transparent to a buyer and for this reason I give a lower rating.
