    We leased a 2014 Civic from this dealership yesterday (our second vehicle from Honda of Pasadena). Our salesperson was Natasha. She was friendly, knowledgable and very competent. We appreciated the no nonsense approach with none of the heavy handed pressure usually found at other dealerships. David in Finance was also helpful and easy to deal with.

    If you want to buy/lease a car without much headaches, Honda of Pasadena is the place to go. I leased a 2014 Honda Civic LX a week ago and it was a very satisfying experience. They will not play games with you and will be honest upfront about the numbers and will not waste your time. They are patient and not pushy with their sales. Remember to talk to Juanito E. as he will guide you through the test-drive and sales process professionally. I have been to other dealerships like Goudy Honda and Nelson Honda (one of the worst dealership experience I had), and their customer service is nowhere near as good as Honda of Pasadena. I am usually very wary of dealerships and their deceitful sales tactics, but dealing with Juanito and Honda of Pasadena was stress-free. I was actually considering getting the Toyota Corolla. However they did not have any lease specials, and their customer services were crap. So, I ended up at Honda of Pasadena through a referral, and I am glad about it.

    Go see Daniel G. Internet Sales Manager/Director... He doesn't play games... He will let you know if a deal can be made... I had quotes from other dealers... I had gone to other dealers with those quotes... They gave me the run around. But Daniel at Honda of Pasadena.... He is the man. He gave me the best deal available... A fair price for my trade. a good deal on the alarm and the extended warranty... I highly recommend.....

    I recently bought a brand new accord at Honda of Pasadena and I couldn't be happier. They got me the exact car I wanted at the price I was looking for. If you go to Honda of Pasadena just ask for Diego, and he'll provide you with the excellent service he provided me.

    on july 3, 2008, i bought a 2008 civic sedan ex through the costco program with this dealership. the salesperson, eddy lin, was extremely kind and courteous before AND after the purchase was made. there was never a moment of being pressured into buying the car. i even received a follow-up call about 5 days after buying the car. now, that's great service. btw, i am rating the "vehicle inventory" as satisfactory only because there was a shortage of "civic ex sedans" at this dealership. during these times of high gas prices, just about every honda and toyota dealership in the los angeles area has a low inventory on economy cars since consumers are buying them up as gas prices continue to rise. i was extremely fortunate to find the model, trimline, and color at this dealership. i'll certainly come back to honda of pasadena when i'm ready for another car and i will recommend people to this dealership.

    I bought a Honda Civic DX from Honda of Pasadena. They had the exact car that I wanted and I was able to get it without a lot of unnecessary haggling. Overall, we were able to get in and out of the dealership very quickly with a fair price. Addditionally, since we were buying this car for my father-in-law who only speaks Mandrin. It was extremely helpful to have a sales rep who spoke the language. Overall, we had a great experience. The only con (and this is a stretch) the showroom was under-construction when we were there. So the play was a little bit of disarray. However, this was a couple of years agao. I'm sure thier showroom looks great now. Unfortunately, I will not return to this dealer again, because of a terrible service experience, whihc is captured in a different review.

    I recently was in the market for the new plug-in Accord, and found out that there was only one available in all of the Bay Area / Northern California. I visited that dealer (Capitol Honda / San Jose), and had a terrible experience with their sales manager -- very unpleasant guy who was blatant in his attempt to rip me off (wanted many thousands over MSRP) as he knew it was the only one in this area. I reached out to Honda of Pasadena as I learnt they had one available, and overall had an excellent experience. Chris E., their Internet Sales Director, was very professional and reasonable in the sales negotiations. This was all over the phone and email, as I live ~400 miles away in the Bay Area. Negotiating the deal and finalizing the paperwork was straightforward, and they sent me everything I needed to sign and send back via overnight mail as promised. I then flew in a week later to pick up the car, and was taken care of by RC C. (Internet Sales Manager), as it was one of Chris' days off. RC was very helpful throughout -- from communicating with me prior to arrival to ensure everything was taken care of (I couldn't afford to have to wait as I was driving back that same day), to taking care of me when I arrived (including calling me on route to make sure everything was fine with my flights/arrival), and to helping learn about the car and the extra accessories I had requested. Keep in mind that they knew I had flown in, so it was unlikely I was leaving without the car even if there was any (unhappy) surprises... however, the only surprises were positive -- they further reduced some pricing on some of my accessories as a courtesy. Moreover, even after the sale was complete he continued to follow up with me to ensure I got a final additional accessory in the mail (wheel locks), and was helpful throughout. I would strongly recommend working with RC, Chris, and the Honda of Pasadena sales team -- it was a very positive experience!

    Dealership was the first to respond with a quote. We thought it was a good one so we went in. The Internet person we spoke to said the price we were quoted was the 2010 price and was incorrect (We were looking at a 2011). They would not honor the quote so we left. (We ended up purchasing the 2011 at another dealer for less than the Honda of Pasadena quote).

    We were in the market for a used later model Honda Pilot with good mileage and price and found a promising vehicle on their internet site. We contacted them to ask if the car was still available and reached "R.C." C., the internet manager who held the car for us as we made the drive to Pasadena. We had a good experience with the walk through and the test drive and found "R.C." to be very knowledge and quite helpful throughout the whole process and definitely no high pressure tactics that we had previously experienced at other dealerships. We felt very fortunate to be assisted by R.C. and highly recommend him to other car shoppers.

    Internet Sales Department at Honda of Pasadena gave me the best car buying experience to date. They had friendly and fast service with knowledgeable sales and manager. I was in and out of the dealership with my new Honda in no time. I definitely recommend going through the Internet Department for your next Honda.

    Don't trust these guys. I say again, Do NOT trust these guys!!! What do you call it when they give you a quote and don't honor it? [violative content deleted]? Whatever you call it, That is what this Honda Dealer does. And it looks like from another review that I am not the only one they have tried this on. I was there for about 2 hours going through the whole process. Test driving, Negotiating of Accessories, Negotiating the Trade-In, and even went through their "final offer" grid thing. Then at the last minute, they said they made a "mistake" and that it was a different model (lower) car they were thinking about. Of course, they would not give me the price they had agreed.

    I very rarely take the time to write a review, but after purchasing my 2012 Honda Accord at Honda of Pasadena from salesman Brycen Deters I felt the need to share my experience. This is my third time owning a Honda but first time purchasing from Honda of Pasadena, and I will never go to another dealership/salesman again. Brycen was very attentive and seemed to genuinely care about my best interest. At no point did I feel like I was receiving some moronic sales pitch. The dealership was clean and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman.

    I normally do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so in this case. I purchased a Honda Insight recently. I went to several Honda dealerships throughout Southern California and none of them were able to work within my budget like Brandon Burney. He is the most professional, no nonsense sales person I've bet in my life. This is the 8th new car I purchased and by far the most seamless experience I've encountered. He advocated for the price that I wanted in my new Insight and for that, I am most thankful! I wish all salespersons were as professional as Brandon Burney. I will be back to purchase my 9th new car from Brandon in no time.

    I am a first time car buyer and after months of research finally settled on the Honda Fit 2013. This dealership gave me the best equote price out of all the dealerships in the 91016 area. I worked with Gabriel S. from the internet department and he was amazing. I went with my boyfriend and he never pressured me and made me feel very comfortable with the entire car buying process. His negotiation style made me feel like I was just having a conversation about the car and the word "haggle" never even crossed my mind. He even gave all of his customers pizza while they waited for the finance department to draw up the paperwork. I got a great price and had an amazing first experience. I would recommend working with this dealership's internet department any day.
