They lowballed my DMV registration fee at just $15 (no mention of "estimate") during purchase. Weeks later, they sent an alarming letter demanding an additional… $490, claiming an internal “coding error” switched it from a transfer to a new registration. Classic bait-and-switch tactic to squeeze extra money from customers after the deal is signed. Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else!Excellent customer service

He was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy (important!), he listened to my questions and needs, then he worked with me on the price and the payment process… in a way that was easy and comfortable. When I bought the car he set me up with all the new electronics (I'm a senior) and was very responsive to follow up questions. The whole process was easy and positive.Chris Bordner

He responded right away and let me know the details of the lease. He even gave me a… better offer from what I asked for. Made the appointment and picked up the car the same day. The purchase process was very smooth and quick without any surprises our hidden extra fees.… Overall pleasant experience. Would recommend Kai Zhu as person to deal with.buying new car

So we set up an appointment and he had the truck prepped and ready for a test drive when I got there. The purchase was friendly and… easy plus the finance manager Eric was great! Pedro Gomez called me right away, confirmed what I wanted...the exact color wasn’t available right away but they found our second… choice color at another dealership and drove it to Palo Alto! Within a day after the quote we were driving home in our new car that was detailed and tank full. Love our new RAV 4!Goog team work !
