Couldn't have been any happier
by Marie Polster on 08/15/2023I am from Las Vegas and inquired about a 2011 4 Runner that Audi Ontario had for sale. I previously had the same car until I got in an accident a month previous and wanted and only could afford another 2011. The price was exactly what my… insurance had given me and since I'm on social security, I could not afford any monthly payments. Shawn Nabi was my salesperson and he went out of his way to make sure that I got the car cost me no more than what I had. His service was exceptional and although he was off on the day I flew in to pick up the car, he made sure everything was the way it was supposed to be once I got there. The car was in great for a 2011, had one previous owner and according to the carfax, it was taken care of very well. In fact, it was in better condition than the one I had been driving for 5 years. The interior and exterior looked practically brand new, it had no tears or burns or issues on the cloth interior, and when I drove it home from Ontario California, it drove like a charm. If it wasn't for Shawn Nabi, who was my sales person, the experience may not have been so wonderful. I recommend him and Audi Ontario to anyone looking for a car. It was worth the flight out there and the 4 hour drive home.Marie, Thank you so much for your excellent review! He went out of his way to get exactly what I asked for, which they did not have on the lot. Farzy listened and… heard what I wanted and did not want, and made it happen. I actually met Farzy a few years ago at Audi Ontario and that meeting did not result in a sale, and yet it was a great experience. Farzy is so great, and in tune with his clients, that he remembered almost everything from the first time we met on the lot. That makes an impression.
