Quick Recall service
by Liliana on 05/10/2025I called to schedule an appointment to get a recall done . They had an appointment for Saturday which was perfect since I don't work weekends. I had to drop the vehicle off earlier than my appointment time in which they worked with me .… When I dropped off the vehicle Ms. Diana Perez signed me in and told me I'd receive a message when the vehicle was ready . Sure enough it was exactly that . I was still busy out and about and I asked if I was able to stop by later to pick it up and of course Ms. Perez gave me time to be there before they closed . When I picked up my Q7 it was washed (which was an option given to me) but it was also vacuumed. Find Shawn at Audi Ontario!

We initially went in to look at a 2024 Q3 (for my mom) that he had, and instead he found her the perfect 2025… with upgraded specs/optics for as close to MSRP as possible. When the colors on the lot didn’t match my mom’s preference, he went the extra mile to find her one straight off the dock in the exact color she wanted. Shawn was incredibly professional and treated my parents like family. He was very knowledgeable which helped us get across the finish line to get my mom in her new car. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for an Audi (or any cars they have on the lot at Audi Ontario) to go through Shawn. Love my new car!

Very fair trade-in value on my old car. They have a wide selection of… Audis. And the waiting area is comfy with a big TV. by Mike on 11/30/2024What can I say, I just made the 5th purchase from Audi, 3rd from Audi of Ontario. I originally came down to service my ‘21 SQ5. And since it was a short turnaround time, I ventured off into the lot. I commute from Running Springs to… Montclair 4-5 days of the week. I love my SQ5 for the phenomenal performance it has given me in the short time I had it, but it was also chugging my wallet weekly! Heavy foot, slalom mtn courses, my SQ5 was heaven, hell on the wallet, hahaha! Anyways, I have been looking to decrease my gas polluting footprint and today, I drove away in my first Audi Lease. Previous times I financed but finally came to the conclusion on my 4th Audi, maybe try out lease. Diana from maintenance pointed me in the direction of Farzy, whom was the gentleman to guide me through the loops of leasing an Audi. Thank you for the opportunity to work with me and the opportunity to appreciate our cultural heritage’s amongst one another. Because of you, I drove off the lot in my first ever, 2024 Q5e leased, Audi. Prior to my SQ5 I had a 2018 Q5 and loved it.
