Excellent Service
by CrystalDean on 10/08/2013updated 08/03/2025I recently traded in my 2005 VW Golf for a 2013 Jetta TDI. Adrien T. was my sales consultant and was very helpful in picking out my new car. He was very knowledgeable and patient which was a big help because I'm very picky and indecisive.… He showed me multiple models and options, from Passats to Tiguans. I ended up getting the Jetta TDI because of the gas benefits and the overall feel and look of the car. Everyone at the Galpin VW Dealership was very nice and helpful from the GM all the way to random sales associates greeting me and offering me water (which was awesome because it was a hot day). They even had a Labor Day BBQ going on for everyone that was there "shopping around". One month after having my car they had me come in for a routine check up to make sure everything was running well with the car and that I was happy. Dennis H. was my service consultant for the one month check. He was also very nice and seemed happy to be doing his job. He asked me if I knew where the tire pressure reset button was. When I told him it was in the glove box he seemed surprised that I knew where it was. I told him that Adrien was very thorough with his explanation and check over of the car to make sure that I knew what everything was for. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and experience I have had with Galpin VW and will definitely be recommending Adrien Torres to all my friends and family!You MUST go to Galpin Volkswagen!

Nick K., a Sales and Leasing associate worked… EXTREMELY hard to get us the deal we wanted and that would fit both our budgets. I can't even begin to explain how much time and effort he put into getting us the perfect deal. We were there the whole day and to be honest I wouldn't change that for one moment. A lot of people dread going to a dealership to buy a car because of the long waiting process, but I can honestly say it was worth every minute we were there. The overall experience if I could rate it, was just above and beyond to give it just a 5. We would give Nick K. and the team at Galpin Volkswagen a million plus if we could. Michael G., Sales Manager and Vicky M., Finance Manager were extemely helpful throughout the whole process. Walking out of that dealership with a brand new 2014 Jetta was just an incredible experience that I will never forget and all thanks to Nick K. and his team. If you are looking to buy your first car or replacing an old one and you want excellent service from beginning to end, we recommend that you go to Galpin Volkswagen, and of course to their amazing Sales and Leasing associate... GREAT EXPERIENCE

We spoke over the phone and he went above and beyond to help out (even though it was his day off). I then dealt with… Adrien T. who was very nice and definitely knew Volkswagen's. Any and all questions i had were answered thoroughly by Adrien. We finally spoke with Fernando at the end, for the financial part of it all, and he was knowledgeable, thorough and my favorite, FAST. it was very late and we were more than ready to head home. Thankfully, Fernando informed us on everything and got us out as fast as he could. Overall our experience with Galpin Volkswagen was GREAT!Marisa, I'm glad to hear that your overall experience at Galpin VW was great.
