by FordFusion2015 on 10/07/2014Hello, I leased a 2015 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium on 10/6/14. After stopping at multiple Ford dealerships, I found the one I was looking for at Galpin. Not only was Rafik Babakhani an excellent salesman to work with, he is an honest,… kind man who made me feel 100% confident in my rather large purchase (First time buyer/leaser!!). I will certainly be recommending Galpin, but honestly guys, it was Rafik that makes me want to come back here for future purchases. Thanks to everyone for making the process as fun as possible..not an easy thing to do in a car dealership ;) and most importantly thank you Uncle Rafik! (not actually my uncle). P.S. by ambra123 on 10/06/2014When we walked up to the dealership, we were acknowledged by Jason Moss but not in an aggressive cars sales man sort of way. We told him we just wanted to look around and he said thats fine and informed us if we like he can take us to the… actual truck lot waive and politely walked away. After a few moments of realizing that we were overwhelmed we went to Jason for assistance, he was very kind a patient with us and walked us through the different trucks, body types, and model features. Again in the truck lot we found that we were overwhelmed buy the wide variety and choices that Galpin has. Jason was very understanding, we explained what we were looking for and what our family needed, also what we already had and while we ate at the in house Restaurant Jason Moss searched and brought us the vehicle that we wanted and didn't even know. He found rebates and pricing that we could afford and then handed us over to David Rogers for Financing were every option was explained to us in detail so we could choose the best option. We were able to have full warranty included with oil change at a very fair price. All questions were answered regarding all of the nifty new buttons and tricks and even just Today Jason called to make sure we didn't have any additional questions, I mean he gave us his cell just in case...REALLY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!! :) The Finance Manger even came out and spoke with us! Car buying could be a tedious experience, but Curtis C. made us very comfortable and we immediately trusted his professionalism and his knowledge and… experience. Curtis and everyone we were with at Galpin, went beyond my expectations and made sure we were able to get what we wanted and that we were happy with what we chose. Curtis was with us from start to finish and kept us informed to the progress of our purchase, even if it was just to tell us it was still processing. by frank421 on 08/27/2014I have to sincerely and humbly thank Jason M. and Galpin Ford. Sure, what Jason did for me was great. He was able to put me into a car that I thought was completely out of my league, but I ended up paying exactly what I wanted to pay with… the monthly payment I wanted and put me in a car I never dreamed would be in my garage. More than that, it's what he didn't do that made the difference. He didn't harass, he didn't push, he didn't pull in the pressure guns to make a deal, he didn't call me every day asking me where I was at with my decision making process and he didn't send pesky emails or texts... He gave me space, completely understood my needs and when I was ready he made things happen. The selection of vehicles to choose from at Galpin is unsurpassed! We are part of the Galpin Ford family now and plan to be for a long-long time, and as long as he's there, we'll be purchasing our vehicles from Jason Moss...Jason, don't ever leave!
