I specifically was shopping for a Ford Transit Connect for my business and need a specific color in black for my branding. I have searched… throughout the entire bay area and inquired through True.Car.Com. and sure enough Chris emailed me and he had exactly what I wanted. I received tons of emails from every Ford Dealer in the Entire Bay area and they tried to sell me something on their lot that did not fit my needs.That Sunday morning Chris emailed me the window sticker and pictures of the Transit Connect in Black. I replied back via email and arranged for an appointment for 11AM. When I arrived, he had the Black Transit connect pulled out of the Fleet Showroom and had it ready for a test drive. Now that's what I call "Good old fashioned Service". Chris showed me all the equipped options in detail and did a thorough job in how it all worked! Chris made the car buying experience seamless and eliminated the no hassel car buying experience pleasant! 5 minutes later we agreed on a price and the deal was closed. Chris by far Exceeded my expectations and has gone above and beyond in customer service.Chris needs to be promoted and felt I got a solid experience thank his BOSS! He should be your sales trainer or in management! My business is growing and will be back to pick up another Ford Transit in the next couple months! He was patient and excited to show us multiple cars that would work for us and our budget. The… process was quick and I felt that Reza, Shah, and Jericho did a great job of being transparent with me and my wife. I never felt I was being told something that wasn't true. Excellent customer service and we are more than satisfied with the car and deal that we got. We were able to purchase a 2015 Ford Focus Titanium with a money payment we can afford. We will be back to Fremont Ford when we are need of another car.Great sales staff and customer service.

Fremont Ford by far the best car buying experience
by Garardb on 04/15/2016People have their preference in brand of car. I baught a 2010 mustang gt 6 years ago and ever since I have been coming back to Ford for maintenance needs. I never considered myself to be a Ford guy, but my experience with my first Ford was… so great that I knew when I baught a truck, I would get a Ford. I had no problems with the mustang and I was always taken care of at Fremont Ford. Buying this new F-150 was the best car buying experience I ever had. David Valencia and Rob Arsdale were the absolute best people to work with and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. Momma V's Fabulous Ford Focus

I had just put a,lot of money into my car a,couple of weeks prior and didn't know what… I was going to do. I used my pre-qualified, and I was put in touch with AJ. AJ bent over backwards to get me a deal I was,happy with. Then I met another angel, by the name of Jericho, who was the finance manager. Jericho helped with the financing that I was able to afford, since I am the financial provider for my family. All I can say, is thank AJ and Jericho for making me feel like family, and getting a great deal on my car. You both went over and above to assist me.Great Service

No BS Needed!

The entire process was seamless and fairly quick. Good guys all… around.I forgot to mention that working with Clint Young was a great experience. I would recommend Clint very highly.
