My Sales team was Matt with Lawrence helping! They were excellent, providing friendly and… knowledgeable service while not pressuring us! A BIG SHOUT OOT to them both! Also the Sales Manager, Jim was amazing! He made us feel relaxed and immediately addressed our issues and concerns! I highly recommend these folks and the dealership they work for! We purchased a Highlander color/model combination that was difficult to find! We found the car while on vacation in Salem, OR so decided to detour to Napa CA on our way back to Reno! Our salespersons, Matt and his helper Lawrence were outstanding! They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable… and did not ever pressure us or play games! Their sales manager, Jim, who has 20 years experience was amazing. He made us feel at home, not once pressured us. He jumps right on our issues and concerns and rectified them beyond our satisfaction! We got a great deal on our new vehicle--no haggling and no pressure for add ons! We were pressed for time and went beyond to complete the contract processing! If you are looking for a Toyota. I highly recommend Jimmy Vasser Toyota in Napa! by Sfluby1 on 07/08/2018So about a month ago, my wife Mindy and I went to Jimmy Vasser to look at trading in her Sienna for a newer car. We met Kyle ONiel and immediately felt that he understood our needs and family dynamics...We have 3 kids, a 100 lbs dog, and… a occasional Grandmother along for the ride. It soon became apparent that a SUV, we drove 2 Highlanders, would not fit our family and with Kyles help saw the wisdom of the Sienna as the vehicle for us! He found a well appointed and slightly used Sienna on the lot that my wife liked and we bought it that day. We have trusted Jimmy Vasser with all are Toyota service and purchases and are glad that they found a young man like Kyle! He will be a fabulous addition to the great team of folks they already have! Thank you Jimmy Vasser and Thank you Kyle!Great Experience

Believe me, I contacted, or was contacted by,… every other dealer as I initiated my search through the Toyota.com website. Ron was thorough and helpful. I highly recommend his services and will look to him in the future should I want to buy another Toyota. Victoria Young works with Ron. She was also excellent in her role of introducing me to some of my new car's tech features. She was pleasant, helpful, and - most importantly - patient. Ron and Victoria are a super team. Jimmy Vasser is lucky to have them.Best experience buying a car

Lucas (used car sales mrg.) , Jim (new car sales mrg.), George (sales) are always top notch! great people that go way above and beyond to get you want you want. I… defiantly recommend them for any car your looking for! Go see them the do the deal with them, they are the best! I found a rare Toyota in organ and then went up there got it for me. 5 star all the way!Nice Experience!!

We were treated very well by the sales tandem of Benny & Will. We will make sure to check in… with Jimmy Vasser Toyota when we are looking to purchase another vehicle. by analshopper on 05/04/2011updated 08/04/2025Were looking for a 2011 Toyota Rav4 in a hard to find color. I found, via Edmunds.com, that they had the car. I emailed to confirm it, and asked for their price. at the same time, we had engaged a buying service and paid them $500 to buy… the car for us, if they could find it. they called Jimmy Vasser the next day and were to get it for us. We told the dealership that we wanted to go through the buying service (as they are closer to us and we had paid them already). the price they were going to sell it to us via the buying service was another $500 more than they quoted me if sold directly to me. when the buying service called them back to get the lower price, the saleman left the phone off the hook as he spoke with the manager. The manager was heard by our buying service to swear "[violative content deleted] the (our family name) [violative content deleted] the buying service..." He went on and on saying he would never deal with us. They lost our business for now and forever. Rude, Crude and unprofessional. Toyota Marin is excellent.... by the way. See Tyler Toler there- I have bought 2 cars from him. Nice, very knowledgable and no pressure.
