BMW sales rep Zari Shirmohamadali was wonderful. She looks lots of time over several days answering all of our questions and showing us everything we asked for. Her friendly, no-pressure approach was really refreshing - and she inspires… total trust in the whole process of acquiring a new car. We love the car too!

Hassle-free, straightforward and timely
by Newbmwowner21 on 04/24/2016The new car experience can be obnoxious, protracted, and a waste of a day. BMW of Mountain View was just the opposite. Greater quickly, questions answered, reasonable negotiations and only about 2 1/2 hrs on site (that seems fast to me)Excellent Sales and Service

by chefstout99 on 02/16/2016Stepped into Mountain View BMW with the intent just to look and see what BMW offered as I had been searching and test driving everything and eliminating them one by one. Time and time again in the years past driving, BMW is smart choice.… Went to look at an M6, after driving multiple AMG Mercedes and not liking them. My thought is that an M6 would be the same kind of ride I did not like in the AMGs. However I spoke to Peter, the General Manager and he suggested I look at an Alpina B6 as it offered speed and comfort in luxury. I had not heard of Alpina before, but as he explained, it seemed it might be the right car for me. Peter introduced me to Alec and we did a test drive. There was no high pressure events and Peter and Alec offered an extended test drive if needed. They gave me their best price from the start and would not budge from there. It was a great deal in the first place, but I always like to see if I can get another dollar or two. I could not, but never the less, it was still a great deal and Alec told me of a way to save $100 a month in buying down the rate. I did so. Overall - it was a great experience and I am fortunate to have stumbled into Mountain View and meet Peter and Alec. Great Job guys!Great buying experience

No BS; we talked details and out the door price/monthly payments and I slept on the decision. The next day it was… in and out, aside from the usual few hours spent doing paper work. She quoted me a price that I agreed to and then placed an order… for the car. I was told it would take 6 weeks to be delivered but it actually showed up one week early. Laura scheduled an appointment with me to drive the car, we completed the paperwork and I was on my way.Best BMW dealer in town
