BMW sales rep Zari Shirmohamadali was wonderful. She looks lots of time over several days answering all of our questions and showing us everything we asked for. Her friendly, no-pressure approach was really refreshing - and she inspires total trust in the whole process of acquiring a new car. We love the car too!

    For the past couple of times that I bring my car for service, there is always something wrong. Second, every time that I bring my car in, it's never ready by the time promised. I feel that one there is not enough qualified technical and I am paying for the premier service which I don't think that I am receiving and second the labor cost is way overstated for the simple jobs that they perform. I don't feel appreciated very being a valued customer for the past 10 years.

    I purchased a used BMW Z4 from BMW of Mountain View & Sean Shah was the financial manager for the deal. Sean Shah lied at multiple times. All he was trying to do is make some money by selling warranties that I didn't needed. When I asked to remove them from my deal, he asked me that I will drop some price for the car but you have to buy the warranty. If the car price can be dropped then why are they selling me on high price? Secondly, Sean lied to his own Boss telling him that I want to return the car unless they drop the price. This created a weird situation. Finally when I asked him to cancel the warranties, he lied and told me I cannot do that. He did not responded to my email and would not see me in his office either. I had to call the BMW financials and ask them personally to help me with the matter. I had worst experience. I think BMW of Mountain View needs to fire this guy Sean Shah and at least hire some better financial person who is customer focused rather then commission focused for himself.

    I was introduced to Zari at BMW of Mountain View by a coworker after having a bad experience while shopping at Audi Stevens Creek where the salesman was not very interested in letting me drive a new TTS. She treated me very well and very fairly. We ordered my M2 from the factory and it arrived this week after months of waiting. The team was incredibly helpful through the entire process, I was given a fair value on my trade-in, and I am obsessed with my new car. Much thanks to Zari and the BMW of Mountain View team!

    WORST DEALERSHIP in the ENTIRE Bay - Denied me Legal Documents after keeping my Car for 60 Days and not repairing it. I had to launch a Complaint with BMW of North America Under the CALIFORNIA LEMON LAW for a full repurchase of the Car., which they agreed to Buy back the Car full price. Briefly - BMW 535d(under BMW warranty) My Car Broke down and was towed to BMW of Mountain View where they could not figure out the issue for 3 weeks, changed fuel system thrice, took all fluid samples from car, Tampered it to a Level where I did not have any further Confidence in the Car. Did not follow-up ever, I had to call and file a complaint with BMW of NA which took a month to investigate. As part of the process(Lemon Law) I have 3-4 weeks to transfer the title to BMW NA and Complete the paperwork and handover the Car at a designated place which unfortunately happens to be BMW of Mountain view again. So, I showed up to collect the car, they Denied me the Legal Paperwork and kept saying Printer is Down(Seriously). They even denied to take calls from BMW of North America Officials. I had no choice but to take my license plates, belongings out of the car and Leave it with Dealership, they also denied a Loaner and I had to take a Uber back. I was waiting 3 hours for this. My Advisor - Daniel Martinez, was not only neglecting/ignoring me but also deliberately denying of any Legal Proof for Documents. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO STAY AWAY FROM BMW OF MOUNTAIN VIEW.

    This was a smooth transaction from start to finish. I reserved the vehicle online by making a deposit. The salesperson came in on a Sunday morning, when he otherwise wouldn't come in, to complete the transaction. The set price was very fair, slightly below the retail market value. The vehicle was exactly as advertised -- a nine-year old economy car with slight cosmetic blemishes that runs perfectly. Everything works. The finance manager worked with us to finish the transaction in the way that was easiest for us.

    Another NIGHTMARE at BMW Mt. View! Stay away! Three weeks ago I showed up to buy an X3. The sales person pointed us to a pre-owned model. I test-drove it, we liked it. We said we'd buy it, walked with the sales rep to his desk and began writing up the sale. Another sales rep, noting our intent to buy the car, pulls an end-around on behalf of a different customer -- and reserves the car in the dealer computer system. So, as we're holding the keys in our hand and watching our sales rep punch in our purchase data, the sales manager Steve comes over and -- with the most round-about and convoluted explanation -- tells us we can't buy the car and asks for the keys. They simply refuse a sale. And they can't explain the process by which they've made that decision. After putting up a bit of resistance, we walked away, assuming BMW would help us find a replacement. That's when my disgust with this dealer went through the roof. They proposed a new car, $10k+ more expensive. They proved, after several conversations, incapable of finding even a remotely comparable offer, and they offered zero creativity to help me find a car. THESE GUYS ARE INCOMPETENT. STAY AWAY.

    Was shopping for a car and Alec gave me a good quote online for a 2016 340i. Went in to test drive in a Saturday morning, came back in the afternoon and bought the car in the afternoon. Alec had also helped me fixed minor cosmetic and resolved all asks. Good service andfrkm Alec and very reliable on keeping his words.

    I worked with Zari at BMW of Mountain View. She set the tone for my entire experience. She really listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. She exceeded my expectations. I felt she really worked for me. In fact, the entire staff that we came into contact with was the same. The lady in finance department was amazing. The young lady who showed me the many little things the car does was delightful. Could not have asked for more. The staff in general was polite and looked out for us during the mandatory car buying waiting time which wasn't bad at all. Great team!

    I had a very good experience shopping at Mount View BMW: communications were straightforward and transparent, they've agreed to match the quote from other dealer like they've promised in the email and I've landed a very good deal on an amazing platinum-silver i3 :) Generally sales people seemed to be genuine and nice, special thanks to Bahman who made the whole process nice and smooth. I'm definitely going to come back for another bmw when my lease is over

    Great experience from the moment I can in Daniel Martinez was there to walk me through want was to be performed and to note any additional issues or concerns I may have. He kept me advised throughout the day and gave me flexibility as to when to pick up my car.

    I had a regular service appointment with BMW of Mountain View. I scheduled an appointment online with a request for a loner car. There was absolutely no wait and it was hassle free to turn in my car. I had few doubts around mileage indicator. The agent Mr. Amir Shah actually drove with me and help me understand how it works. On the loner car, I got a old car and I requested for a new one. They were extremely accommodative to give me a brand new loner car. I got a call after 5 hrs that my car servicing was done. Within minutes I got my car back. The agent Mr. Amir Shah is extremely professional and he even game me an advice in regards to my tires. Seems like my tires have an alignment issue and he suggested to bring it back for inspection. Thanks for the service. Keep up the good work.

    This time the service was pathetic to say the least. I calling the service dept on 8/29, i was told that if i need loaner car the earliest available date is 9/7. I agreed to it, i really needed loaner car as I live and work in South San Jose. When I went for service i was told that there is no loaner car on my name. No one was taking the ownership and passing me to another person. Even Service manager showed his helplessness saying that he does not manage the service calls. I repeatedly asked to get me to someone who can talk to me on goof up but they did not agree. On the top of it service manager said that they do not provide the loaner for tyre pressure light. Shouldn't this be known to the person who was booking the service. Had to sit for more than a hour to get by car checked, had to missing important meetings, that was the reason I had asked for loaner and took the time slot of 7.30 AM...

    Our overall experienced with our salesman, Sergio Castro, was excellent. Sergio accommodated us Saturday night September 3 even though the car dealership was about to close. Keep up the good job. While our experienced with salesman was good, it was not the same with the finance person. Finance person attitude changed the minute we declined the extended warranties. Didn't explain to us on details what personal checks are allowed to be issued or not. Finance person told me company can't accept a starter check & suppose to be sign in her presence. But she didn't explained that to us the night before instead the next day she wanted me to either get my wife and make her sign another personal non starter check or bring a check I sign it in front of her. We reside 45 miles from this dealership, long weekend & traffic was really bad. It will take at least 90 mins for me 1 way to go back home. Fortunately I have a personal check in my wallet. We purchased 9 brand new cars before & this is the first BMW we have, our experienced with the finance manager on this BMW Mountain View is not good at all. We are giving it a 5 star rating because of the salesperson and the car but not the overall process.

    I recently had a a very good experience at BMW of Mountain View working with Eric as my service adviser. I had MPPK installed on my F30 335i. Everything went very good. The work was done within the time frame I was promised. I used their shuttle after I dropped of the car and back to pick up the car. The final price ended up being lower than I was originally quoted. Planning to come back again.
