    Horrible Dealership, I will not do business with them again.My advice to anyone that’s having trouble with this dealership is to take them to Small Caims here is the address 111 North Hill st Los Angeles CA 90012 it’s $50 to File a claim

    I took my 2021 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison for service without an appointment and service department representative Chris J Lopez, took me right in, he was very professional answered all my questiand assure me of the timeline that it would take to have it done and he was accurate!

    Great Shop! Very meticulous maintained. Everyone so friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there with my loaner car super fast. First time here and this is my new go to dealership. Only Place I’ll be going too.

    Professionalism. Attention to detail and service reps have a lot of knowledge and definitely care about each concerns. I would definitely make the extra trip just to make sure I always have my truck worked on there

    Great customer service. Vehicle was returned on time as promised. Vehicle was repaired on warranty, no games. I plan on returning in the future.

    Free car rental with vehicle service was the biggest serprise to me since i wasnt aware that i had that perk. It was an awesome and pleasent surprise.

  • bad customer service

    the worse service department. they replaced all my brakes and I had to return it 3 times for squeeking brakes and yet cannot fix the problem. paid for an alignment and nothing was done. my car is still unaligned. Service manager not friendly.

    We were a little worried about finding the right fit for the maintenance service for our Saturn Sky. However, we are delighted to have found your dealership. We really appreciate that you have experienced service people from Saturn working with you. Service ad visors Craig Rodgers, and Albert Caballos have both provided us with excellent customer service-and, we are happy to say that your technicians are equally professional, friendly and thorough. In fact, we are very satisfied overall with the service we have received.
