by TJ on 05/18/2018This by far is the worst place I've been to in Cali, they treat people like garbage and refuse to stop emailing me cause I didn't buy their overprice piece of junk. I doubt they will post this review but its true and as ya'll know plenty of… other dealers out there willing to help someone out. Stay away and buyer beware, real shady.Great customer service

brand name dealer poor customer quality service.
by luciano2016 on 11/29/2016They could have done a better job taking care of a new customer. I purchased my car on 11/04/16 and within 3 weeks I had to bring my vehicle back because of a horrible squeaking sound coming from the car. They determined it was the belt… tensioner. There was another sound coming from the rear of the vehicle, the bearings, which were replaced but the noise continued. When it came down to replacing the belt tensioner, I was told they couldnt do anything to help me because it wasnt in the Nissan warranty. I told the salesman and his manager how disappointed I was because when you buy a vehicle directly from and brand name dealer it should last more than 3 weeks without issue. I will be bringing my car back on the 30th and hope that someone will fix this problem for me since the previous replaced part was clearly not the problem. It is extremely disconcerting that I was treated so nicely on the day I went to purchase this vehicle only to then be treated so poorly when I come back and need assistance. I understand that the vehicle was a used car, but being a 2015 and coming directly from a Nissan dealership, this is just ridiculous. Customer service should always be a priority, especially in sales, but apparently the top priority here is just to move your inventory off the car lot. It is seriously embarrassing to be driving around in a vehicle with paper plates that clearly read Nissan of Montclair and have such an obnoxious sound coming from the engine area of a clearly new car. I sincerely hope someone reviews this and cares enough to respond. Or at the very least does not allow this to happen to someone else. Satisfied customers tend to bring repeat business after all.Hi. As of right now I'm still not ready to buy because I just got my home but once I'm done I can assure you I'm buying from Vince 100% sureThank you for the review!
