Not a fan of getting a new car

When I knew it was time to upgrade my current vehicle, I sent a few inquiries out to my closest dealerships. I was… disappointed at the lack of follow through, especially as a loyal BMW customer. I should have reached out to Monrovia first. Yury, Ron, Malcolm and their entire team were nothing short of phenomenal. From the selection process, financing, and onboarding of my new 330, these gentleman not only made the entire experience seamless, but enjoyable and a happy reminder of why I continue to stay loyal to the brand. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything that was not aligned with what I was looking for, and Yury helped me work out a deal that was better than I could have hoped for. He is genuinely one of the best people that I have ever met with BMW. While I have a good amount of time to enjoy my brand new 330, I know without a doubt that I will only return to Yury and Monrovia!Christie, we're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at BMW of Monrovia. Bought a CPO 330I

One week later, I have a beautiful 330i. The team was wonderful, patient, and… thorough with my myriad of questions. I had an amazing service with yury, I would highly recommend him to family and friends. He was able to help me with service… and sales for the car I wanted. The Best Leasing Experience
by di Franco on 09/28/2023This was my 4th BMW lease, and first time working with BMW of Monrovia. I am now a big fan. Everyone at every step of the process was great. I've had the car, an X1 28i SUV, about 3 weeks and cannot be happier with it. There are so many… features that make it a joy to drive. I am grateful for and impressed with the follow-up support I have received at BMW of Monrovia. From additional help from the BMW Genius, to ordering accessories, to questions about warranties, I was welcomed by Yuri and the team. Everyone was completely available to me and made me feel even better about my choice to lease at this dealership. Yury, my Client Advisor, knows and loves BMW. He was absolutely engaged with finding the best car, at the best lease arrangement. Yury was transparent with pricing and details of the cars I was considering. He was totally understanding of my needs and wants for a new SUV. Even with a last minute change of heart over the exact car and features, Yury was unfazed and made me feel confident in my choice. Renaldo, the BMW Genius I worked with, was great during the test drive and at explaining the features of my new BMW. This is no small achievement when there is so much to learn and understand with a new car; especially with the kinds of features and tech that a new BMW comes with. Malcom and Abraham guided me throughout the lease process and I felt I understood key aspects of the lease. I feel they did everything possible to make the lease work for me. Sales Great/ Back Office the worst 5 1/2 hour experience
by Fast Apex on 09/24/2023The salesperson was excellent in all respects however the dealership was a totally disappointing experience for the the 5 1/2 hours we were there buying the car. After we made two quick test drives and decided we wanted the car, we waited… for a very long time before being approached by a finance person. After telling the Salesperson explicitly that we planned on using our own bank, we still were pushed to try to use BMW Finance. After continuing to say thank you but we are not interested the finance sales person reacted strangly and totally ignored our polite but assertive response saying explicitly we do not want to buy anything else and do not want BMW to run a credit check since it was not necessary. After a long while the signing started, and the person incorrectly told us it was “California Law” that our fingerprints be taken. My wife refused but in the interest of time I went ahead but just r mentally added this to my list of what I intend ti tell everyone that I know about my experience there. Next we complete signing the paperwork and find out there is no second key. BMW promised to send the second key within “a couple of days by FedEx” but as of this moment we have not seen the second key. Next we brought cash to pay for our down payment for the car, but after almost an hour the antique cash counting machine finally finished. We had accidentally included more than we thought we had but they did not have $20 change to provide back. At this point the whole back office dealership got a second star because one of the managers pulled out $20 and provided the change out of his own pocket which wss amazing. We went finally completed it took a short time to understand how to do the remote start and once again our initial salesperson came to help as well as another sales person then we were off. The sales staff were excellent but the Terrible processes, aggressive financial selling, false information about fingerprint requirements and lastly a cas counting ma home that seemed almost retro earned this dealership two stars. I have bought more than 15 cars and this 5 1/2 hour experience was the worst back office experience I have ever experienced. I will recommend to drive to a much further dealership and pass this one up.Hello, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. Finally went hybrid!

It was seamless and painless from start to finish due to BMW USA, the dealership team… and principally due to a few people I worked with at BMW of Monrovia including Tomás C. and Rafi S. The vehicle arrived more quickly than I had anticipated and has met all my expectations. I can also attest to the great service they provide with a special shout out to Tom R.
