Buying a used car experience
by A d on 07/01/2025Bmw of Monrovia sales is a ripoff.when u see a price on there website make sure u take a picture because when u go there the price will change and the sales manager is an idiot and doesn’t trust him .so I called sonic customer service and… explain the issue and the general manager called back and I explain the problem and he said he check about the complaint and he will call back with in couple of hrs and no one called back so just be careful and they tell u the price is fixed but they change it any wayWe would like the opportunity to address your concerns. There was a little hiccup with the cashier’s check but everyone in the sales… department including & up to the general manager really worked things out, so I could take my new car home.We're glad to hear we delivered such a great experience.
