AMAZING SERVICE

I had originally gone to the dealership to look at a sonata but could not find one in my price range. The salesman named Sam C. walked me over to the used car… section and showed me the jetta I ended up purchasing. I instantly fell in love with the Jetta. Being that Sam was extremely helpful and non pushy I decided that Modesto Hyundai would be the place I would be purchasing my next car. Sam really took care of me and answered any questions I had and let me know all of my options. Not once did I feel like I was being forced into a sale. They worked with me on the payments and showed me all my affordable options. Sam even had them fill my tank up for me before driving off the lot! He was awesome! Not to mention my car came with a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty and free xm radio for 3 months! I had a great experience at the Hyundai dealership and my parents have also bought their 2 cars from this dealership and we have had nothing but good experiences. I contacted the dealership via the internet because they had the car in the color/features that I wanted and because of Edmunds… reviews and their AAA recommendation. The internet manager was very helpful and even e-mailed me pictures of the car, the window sticker, and the price (AAA membership price very fair). I was so impressed by the service and helpfulness that I set up an appointment to drive the car the next day. I arrived at the dealership and met the internet manager and a wonderfully helpful salesman that answered or researched all our questions and took us on a test drive. I loved the car and received the exact price quoted to me via e-mail/phone. No hassles, just exactly what I was promised. I drove 90 miles to get to this dealership and it was worth every mile.Long Distance Purchase

Carlos, the Sales guy was very knowledgeable, courteous and most of all a professional in his approach to giving me complete demo's of each vehicle. No pressure sales!
by DianneSheridan on 12/15/2012updated 08/03/2025Larry H. is the man to go to buy a Hyundai at Central Valley Auto. The finance guy, Derris N., kept his word not to pressure me in any way. I didn't feel like I had to be on guard at this dealership, and I feel like the salesman and finance… guy were honest and genuinely did me right. I got myself an amazing 2013 Elantra Limited! I asked for a four wheel alignment check and the Service Dept checked it on the day of purchase and provided the computer-generated report showing it was within specs. They gave me a full tank of gas and made sure the car sparkled. I also did some research on their Platinum extended warranty coverage and feel very satisfied with a 10-year bumper-to-bumper coverage for the price I paid. Do your research on the limited manufacturer warranty. Hyundai offers a great warranty, but not necessarily for their electrical components. The dealership was recommended by CSAA and definitely worth the 90-mile drive to Modesto. The sales representative (Reuben C.… to be exact) was pleasant and knowledgeable, and took time to explain every single feature in the car. I love the car and would drive the distance again to purchase another one in the future.Thank you so much for your recommendation.
