I have taken my cars to the American Chevrolet on Mchenry many times and will continue to do so! They go above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns are addressed, and they do it in an efficient amount of time. They are friendly and keep me informed as much as possible. I appreciate everything they have done, and I will continue to tell all of my family friends to go there as well!

When my car required repairs totaling more than the car was worth, I went to American Chevrolet and in less than an hour purchased an awesome used car! The staff went over and above the call of duty to help me out quickly! There simply is not another dealership anywhere that treats you so unbelievably well, with no pressure! Their motto is truly perfection! They ARE the family business that treats you like family!! I would never go anywhere else!

The team really went out of their way. From trying to get in all my parts and communicating with me and then being able to do all of the work in a tiny window. The shuttle service was great and the gentleman that did it was super polite. Cant say enough good things.

Oil change

I went to the four bays and a nice gentleman came out to help me. He told me it would take 45 mins since other people were ahead of me. Asked my year of the car and what I needed to be done. Halfway through the oil change I forgot to ask if they could air up all my tires for me if they didn't it wasn't a big deal! They got done in 30 mins with my car! Super fast and they aired up all my tires for me even though I forgot to ask. They are awesome!

American Chevrolet always gives outstanding service! Everyone there does whatever it takes to make sure their customers are completely satisfied! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! You never feel pressured or rushed! Customers are treated like family! I have been a customer there for over 20 years and I would never go anywhere else to buy a car or get service. I was referred to American Chevrolet through co-worker. Within minutes a salesman (mark) asked if he could help. I mentioned to him what model I was looking at and showed me a variety of options. After test driving 2 pickups I came to the conclusion of which truck I wanted to purchase. Mark was very informative and helpful, not pushy at all. I have been to other dealerships and been pressured into Having all the financial stuff checked before I even test drove the vehicle. Mark didn't even ask for my drivers license. Purchased a 2016 silverado and it was definitely the easiest buying experience I've ever had.

Having searched for an new Impala for almost a year, i found one at American Chevrolet. I inquired as it we were not able to make it all the way down to Modesto. Sight unseen, I asked many questions and they were quick to supply me with all my answers. We dealt by text and email and finalized our deal on the car and then they schedule the delivery of the car to my office in Calistoga. Chasity my sales person was great and Jeff who delivered the car took a lot of time to go through the car as i had not seen it!! It was truly a pleasure and I couldn't be happier!!
