I felt NO pressure for anything while at the dealer. We were given the pricing and then talked… about better pricing due to questions I had and poof, we agreed! Easy peasy! Had great personal conversations and was treated like a nice normal human being by everyone! Even Smitty the finance person was personable, relatable and no pressure. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and not stuffy. First time purchasing a BMW from Beverly Hills BMW and I highly recommend them and especially Ara! We've been buying BMW's for over 25 years too from dealers!Your recommendation means so much to us and we're so happy to have earned it. Easy and smooth

After some debating and research I pulled the trigger on it a couple days… later. AMAZING DEALERSHIP

EVERYONE in this place smiles and is more than helpful to the customers as they walk around. I have never encountered a dealership that goes to… such great lengths to help the customer find their car. The manager, Toufie Sarwan is one of the kindest people I have ever met as well as my sales associate Jory Barnes. These two individuals assisted in finding the car of my dreams at the price I was able to pay. They accomplished almost an impossible feat because the car I wanted was one of the most difficult to find. I can't express (enough) my appreciation for Toufie and Jory and all the people at Beverly Hills BMW for their amazing customer service and compassion for me as a customer. 2016 Cayman Porsche
by Michael on 05/01/2023Most everything was great. The process was easy and efficient. Your sales rep wsa pleasant and easy to work with. The only complaint I have is after the sale there was no one to assist me in the basic operation of the Porsche. I was… told it was a BMW dealership and I should take it to a Porsche delearship to learn operation of the audio set up, navigational set up, bluetooth set up, etc, etc..... This is unacceptable in my opinion. I did not recommend you unless the purchase was a new or used BMW so the follow through would be available.We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback.
