    Honda has a new concept - no comissions. What a pleasent experience, no pressure. Our salesman was through & patient explaining all details about the car & answering all questions. I would be happy to work with him & the other Spreen employees again.

    I would definitely come back to this dealership to buy from Vu Tonthat again, he was straight forward and honest with us right from the start. 5 stars all the way!! He was referred to us from a friend who bought the same vehicle and was very happy, we are now very glad to now have this new connection.

    My husband and I purchased a used 2010 Honda civic, our sales person was Vu Ton-that. He was so helpful and so considerate of our wants and needs. He was very patient with us and just went above and beyond for mky husband and I. There was absolutely no pressure in getting us into a car we couldnt afford, no pressure at all. We had an awesome finance guy, Ryan Peña. He worked the numbers and got us a great rate and great price with added bonuses. Such a great experience. I loooove my car!!

    When I went to spreen Honda I didn't think it was possible to get a new car other dealerships turn me away because my trade I work with the sales lady Elena she did all she could to help me get into the pilot I wanted for a long time. I recommend Honda to everyone
  • False advertising on Internet STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

    Spleen Honda advertises on Internet a specific car with specific price. When I visited them, they could not find that car. When I inquired further, they said the car is in the body shop for 2 weeks and price of the car will change. When I asked to speak to a sales manager, frank intercepts the call, not a manager. I was not given the opportunity to speak to a manager. So why is Spleen Honda advertising a specific car at a specific price when the car is not available for sale and the price is not even same. This is called false and misleading advertising. Not a very professional way to do business.
  • Poor experience trying to buy based upon promo

    General Manager "Owner" wrote us an offer with lots of incentives. Guess what? Not really. We called to ask if there were specific models in stock - "Yes! There are three colors!" Guess what? None of any kind. Would you be interested in a higher trim level if we'll match the price? Guess what? They didn't. We micturated away five hours with this [non-permissible content removed], because during it all, they promised uphold the promo letter. When it came time to sign - Guess what? They had the stones to ask us to sign blank pages, without seeing the rest of the documents. It having not been our first rodeo, we walked. The next day, another "GM" called - and after hearing about our experience, well, he couldn't be bothered to call back. I kid you not, his excuse was that he was visiting his mother in the hospital. Good cripes - even if true, I'd hope that an executive of any stripe would be able to continue the conversation. Stay away - these folks not only seem to have difficulty with their printed offers, moment-to-moment assurances, but even with their nonsensical reasons for being unable to carry on a conversation. Here's a quote from Jeff S, Owner and GM: "...You treat my staff with total disrespect and your welcome to shop elsewhere." Hey Jeff - [non-permissible content removed] - it's "you're"... And trust me, I will.

    Absolutely amazing personnel, I can say enough about the staff at spreen. I drove myself there from the High Desert for this reason, yup that's an hour drive, but its all worth it. I don't know how but these guys are able to give you the best price around, other dealers can even come close. Seriously shop around then ask Mr. Tonthat to beat it and he will. I highly recommend my sales person Vu Tonthat , he went above and beyond, this dealer has no pressure tactics at all. Seriously I said no add ons and the guys just gave me a flat vehicle only price, in the end added on bumper to bumper coverage and maintenance coverage at my request these guys make it so easy. Mr. Tonthat and Eddie the finance manager are GREAT !!!!! Thank you guys. One loyal honda customer.

    I am a returning customer of Spreen Honda (having bought several cars from Spreen) and looking to upgrade our CR-V E-XL Navi to CR-V Touring couple of weeks ago. Vu Tonthat was helping us and he was very knowledgeable about the CR-V and tried to help us find the right one (none available then). Finally, after a week, he located couple of CR-V Touring (both 2WD and AWD). The price Vu quoted us was so incredible that we desired to get AWD instead of 2WD; no negotiating was necessary (beat all the internet pricing I had gotten) other than asking for better trade-in value and better financing term (Spreen was able to meet both).

    After talking to many employees and leaving many reviews, Spreen came through with their original agreement made by sales and are honoring their "spreen advantage" by purchasing a century extended warranty of same value etc... I have yet to receive the refund on the original extended coverage that was cancelled and will leave more stars once that is finished. thank you Spreen for following through.

    I purchase a truck from this dealer a silverado and I have a good deal Anthony Martínez and Uriel medinaENGLISH We purchase a chevy silverafo from spreen honda anthony martinez and uriel medina they gave me good service and I got very good information, we are very happy with the service we got. Also they called us to ask how we felt after the purchase thank you guys.

    This is my second Honda from Spreen. They offer the lowest prices. Of course, they try to upsell you when you're there, but which dealer doesn't? It's part of the auto business. I never felt pushed to buy something I didn't want. There were no hidden charges and felt they were transparent with me at all times. God willing I would buy from them again.

    I purchased a Ford fiesta. I was able to get financed with no problems, when previously I had not been able to without a cosigner.. only disappointment was that I came to the dealership with the online price and the price was no longer available. But overall it was a great experience with Anthony Martinez he was very helpful and tried to get me the best deal. Very p great customer service from him.

    This is the third Honda Civic EX-L I have purchased, and the second from Spreen. For my 2015 purchase, sales person Giovanni Orlando was exceptional: professional, knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and a true gentleman. Finance Manager Ulaina Clark was a pleasure to work with as well. Since 2009, the Service Department has always been top-notch: friendly, helpful, respectful, resourceful, and never trying to oversell services to the customer. They are the reason I keep coming back to Spreen. (And my car was beautifully detailed before I drove off in it!) Having to re-do/re-sign paperwork for a dealer error in price (not in my favor) was not a highpoint.

    My husband and i have been searching for a 2013 Acadia SLT we had a bad esperiance at Rally's Chevrolet in Palmdale,Ca. We kept on searching for other dealerships and finally found what we were looking for at Spreen Honda.My husband called to make an appoinment and we got referred to Michael Gama he guided us through the sales process and had good knoledgement about the vehical,we left very satified with our purchase and i will recomend Michael Gama to friends and colleagues.

    It is a tricky and liar dealer. On-line invoice price is a cheat price. The dealer does not have the invoiced car.

    NO STARS!!! Very Poor! (The post made me give one star that they don't deserve!) We have bought many cars and have never encountered such lying manipulative sales tactics. Don't waste your time. They leave people sitting for hours in uncomfortable chairs in an uncomfortable sales area, lie to rope you in and change their story when you are ready to sign papers. Even worse is that the lies came directly from management. We walked out after hours of sitting. They are the worst ever!!! Don't waste your time. They are [non-permissible content removed]. Their sales tactics are horrible! GO TO ANOTHER DEALER!

    I got my new Accord from Dennis at Spreen Honda. I had some bad experiences at other dealers, but he was really mellow and didn't try to push me into buying when I wasn't ready the first time I went there. Stephanie did the paperwork and she was super nice also.

    I drove there from San Diego because they offered a great no haggle price. The staff were all very friendly and did not play games. This is my second car I bought there. Would recommended this place over any dealer in S. California. The only negative issue was that it took two hours to buy the car, and I paid cash.
