Horrible service

The manager and his helper lie to me ,they supposedly making a claim report ,they lie making me a work report, when I called Toyota Corp they told me they have not make any claim to them, so I did it… my self with them. I couldn't belive how they lie to me. I was going to buy a truck but I will never buy from u guys . Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle

Their entire staff was both friendly and professional, Sam was extremely helpful and kept me informed on the vehicle I was… thinking of purchasing. My husband and I initially walked into the dealership with no definite plans to make a purchase. First time buyer, made easy

I called multiple dealerships and I felt like those dealers called everyone who was interested and sold the cars to the quickest person to sign for a deposit. None of my local dealers let… me take time to review and think about this big decision, until I got in contact with AutoNation Toyota Irvine. I’m from the South Bay, and it was still worth it for me to talk to the people in Irvine than the dealers here. I talked with Alex Ashari with my cousin and he was just so helpful to us. He made the car buying experience really easy for me, as a first time buyer. I initially wanted a Prius and he was able to find me the one I wanted, but I changed my mind last minute and he was patient with me and helped me find another car that was even more suited for me, the Corolla cross hybrid. Alex was very communicative with the entire process. I was about to text him with any questions I had, he kept me updated when the car would be ready, and was flexible with my schedule. I greatly appreciated his patience through the whole process and I never felt rushed at any moment. I even got a couple of great add ons to take home! It was such a sigh of relief when the car was officially mine, I’m so happy with my new car. AutoNation 90 days Warranty is a joke
by Artin T on 10/20/2023After two weeks after I bought the car from AutoNation Toyota Irvine, there was a loud noise when I hit the break, apparently they didn’t re-surface the rotors, I contacted them, and they told me I can take my car to closest AutoNation… dealership, which was AutoNation Honda Valencia, after their inspection, they told me that the rotors should be resurfaced, even though the car was under their 90 days warranty, AutoNation Irvine denied to pay the repair fee and I had to pay out of pocket, it’s really disappointing how they rip off customer’s with offering warranty which doesn’t work when you need it.Hi Artin, we appreciate you taking the time to respond.
