He was most patient, helpful, courteous, and professional. Also,… John Orozco in finance was thorough and answered all our questions. Their bank financed the mbz c300 with the least hassles. They have a great selection of cars both new and used, kindly do yourself a favor and check them out first when looking for your next ride.

Fred Tabesh Is The Best!

Fred Tabesh was the guy that helped us out and he was amazing! Such a great guy and worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. I love this dealership, and I hate car dealers

Actually going down to the place was even better than I expected. Got an insanely good deal on a new Jeep, (as in "how are… they making money on this car?" insane. As in $6K+ off on an already low-end model insane). Service was attentive, pleasant but never pushy. Financing was straightforward, and the numbers worked for me given my so-so credit. My payment on my 2015 Jeep is less than the one I had on my 1991 Golf when I bought it new. Now that's a good deal!philinla- Thanks for the positive review. Leased a brand new 2015 Dodge Eco Diesel Laramie and couldn't be happier. Very… friendly and professional. Terrible Customer Service
by bleubell85 on 02/19/2015After purchasing a 2014 Jeep Patriot, we have had issues with the throttle body multiple times. Everything from cutting out in traffic to now accelerating on its own. We took it in to Huntington Beach Jeep who then put 220 miles on our… vehicle and stated they could not replicate the issue. I was able to replicate the issue 4 times in 1 day!! By the time I was done with all of the "add ons" they said I absolutely needed, I paid WELL over sticker price for this vehicle and to have it in the shop 3 times in the last 7 months is ridiculous. I randomly came across an ad from this dealership and decided to call even though they were pretty far… away. I spoke with Eric Rodriguez on the phone, and that is what gave me the assurance to make the drive. Eric and the rest of his team were a pleasure to work with, and I really appreciated their honesty and integrity, and the willingness to work with me and my budget. I know it sounds cliche, but my only regret is not talking to Eric or finding this dealership sooner. It would have saved me a lot of time and stress. I researched dealers--Don't bother going anywhere else!
by Shlaven on 02/16/2015I was looking for a new crossover SUV and researched for a week or two and spent countless hours looking at different models, specs and packages. I narrowed it down to 13 different models. Then I went to each of the different… manufacturers that I had chosen (some had multiple vehicles that I was interested in) and looked in and around the car. Seeing it in person is much different than pictures on websites. My first meeting with Brent Melbon was in instant connection. He was different from other manufacturer's salesmen. He was never pushy and answered all my questions. He didn't try to get his sales manager to push me into buying like many of the other lots. I told him that I was narrowing my search to 5 and then I'd test drive the 5 I had chosen. After visiting all 13 vehicles I was interested in possibly purchasing, I went back to Jeep and he was there again. He helped me with the Jeep Cherokee Sport and after visiting the other 4 manufacturers, I did more research and did a comparison of each vehicle. It was a no brainer. The value is at Huntington Beach Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. They deal in volume and have huge discounts that smaller lots do not have. I am completely happy with my vehicle and happily recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. One last thing---Many people dread purchasing a new car due to the salesmen and the haggling. There is almost nothing to haggle here because the prices are so low. Do the research yourself. Will Never Purchase Anywhere Else Again

Went to several dealerships where all the salesmen & managers are very pushy & just want you to leave the dealership with any truck & not taking into consideration what you… really want. I can say in all honesty that Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership was the exact opposite. We had the best salesman ever named Jim Beltran. We didn't find the perfect truck fur us until our 3rd visit. Jim was so understanding & wanted to make sure we got the exact truck we wanted. The day I finally decided to make the purchase I took my 3 year old son & was amazed at how nice everyone in the office was. All the salesmen & even some of the managers were keeping him entertained. Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram beat all the other dealership prices as well. We will be long time customers after he great experience we had. Best Ever Saleman

I traveled from San Diego to Huntington Beach to see Jim after speaking with him on the phone. He was honest with me immediately and let me know… that I could not buy the car I originally wanted without a co-signer. He said he would help me find a car and he spent a great deal of time assisting me. He was courteous and patient with me.I ended up getting a car that I love and can afford!! In fact it suits me better than my original choice. I will definitely go back and see Jim for my next car. I am telling all my friends it is definitely worth the trip. Many of the staff members would introduce themselves to my family and made us feel welcome in the dealership. We were able to agree on a great price and financing rate in a timely manner. Quick, Efficient & Fair
by esteban37 on 11/19/2014I walked in to just take a quick look at the Chrysler 300. I was on a tour to check out, sit in and possible drive 4 or 5 cars in one day before I made a decision. I appreciate that I wasn't pounced on by a Sales Person. I made it clear… i wanted to just take a look inside and maybe give it a test drive. Simple request. In about 2 minutes I am in the car in about 5 we are on a test drive. No pressure from the sales rep, because I made it clear I was not going to purchase today, I was visiting a lot of dealers and didn't want to waste anyones time. We dealt with Chris Piasecki. Friendly Honest and not pushy at all. We made our decision to purchase the 300 along with a new Patriot for my wife and do the deal together. Chris was so approachable and not pushy, I was willing to accommodate his schedule to work on the deal. We set a time to come back in when he was working and a few hours later we drove off with two new cars. Super smooth and simple process, super nice people.
