Purchase the vehicle two weeks ago
by Edward on 05/28/2025I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Maxima SR from this dealership just three weeks ago. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Shortly after the purchase, I encountered a problem… with the driver's side back door—it wouldn't open. I returned to the dealership to address this issue. I was initially approached by a polite gentleman who listened to my concern. However, when he spoke to Armando about the problem, his response was dismissive, claiming that the dealership "didn't sell the car like that" and that it was my responsibility to handle it. I couldn't believe the attitude, especially considering how new the vehicle is . Adding to my frustration, I noticed several warning lights on the dashboard: the maintenance light, oil change indicator, and tire pressure warning. Additionally, my brakes are making noises that suggest they need to be replaced. Given that I've only had the vehicle for three weeks, I find it unacceptable that these issues are arising so soon I was only offered a complementary oil change after encountering multiple issues. The oil change took an unexpectedly long time—about 3 ½ hours—and when I inquired about my car, I was told they were waiting for the oil to be delivered. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I was simply eager to get my vehicle back. All I really wanted was to have my door fixed, but the delay and lack of clear communication made the experience quite disappointing. I hope they can improve their service efficiency and communication. I was told that as the car passes This is concerning because the vehicle was barely on the edge of passing inspection, and I haven't yet received my license plates or made my first payment. Overall, I feel this dealership's customer service has been lacking. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from BMW in Glendale, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting the vehicle beforehand, especially if it's used. It appears they may sell cars with existing issues and dismiss concerns rather than ensuring the car is in good condition. My advice is to be cautious and diligent before purchasing any vehicle from this dealership.

by oscillight on 12/27/2014Purchased certified pre-owned in 2002 and always had serviced at Pacific. It is some drive for me to get to the dealership, but they have need good on loaner or shuttle service. Car continues in excellent condition.Quick and efficient service

But once I got there, Gilbert P. answered all my questions and helped me understand some of the details regarding my car. Most dealers will lie and… make up problems about the car just because I'm a woman and don't understand much about the details. He was very cooperative and professional. I was able to pick up my car the next day with no problems. I highly recommend Pacific BMW and definitely recommend Gilbert to assist anyone.Nothing but the best

The complimentary snacks, water and coffee make you feel like youÂre receiving a five star accommodation somewhere and you almost forget your coming in… to maintain your vehicle. Good job Danny and the rest of the BMW Family!Highly recommended

I brought the car there, get a loaner and was out the door in 25 minutes. The car was finished next day… and again, I was out the door with my fixed car in 20 minutes.The worst BMW dealership ever

by verdigris on 12/16/2007Problems were not only not repaired, they were exacerbated. Service representatives work diligently to pad the bill with very costly recommended service for imaginary problems which, upon further prodding, even they admit only "might… become a problem" in the future. The facility is overcrowded so the wait (for anything other than the cashier) is rather long. Once sought service for a broken passenger side mirror and ended up with a broken driver side mirror. Quality control has been horrendous each time. Find an alternative service center!!Beware
by 530iturk on 10/19/2007Avoid if possible. Cramped service area, long wait to speak to advisor, damge to car while being repaired, held car for four days for a one maybe two day repair, work had to be redone at another dealership.
About our dealership
I had to do extactly same for my 330i. The techs simply does not know anything about cars. They only rely on what computer tells them. I had to take my car in three different occasions for same reason, costing me $500 - $1,000 each visit. I had it fixed in another dealer on the first trial. My advise to you, "DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU. SOME DOES NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT BMW."
