    Fremont of BMW takes great care of their customers and provide excellent service and car maintenance! Nick Lal is always very professional and helpful. The certified technicians, the guys who cleaned my car, and other support staff were excellent! The manager accommodated me with a courtesy car on short notice - fantastic! Kudos to all!

  • Lacking attention to minor issues

    Fixed the major issue, but lacked attention to minor issue. Also, communication is/was not up to par. See whole lot of room for improvements.

    Brought it in for an emergency breakdown on the highway. They quickly got the info, referred me to a towing place, and got the car on the lift fast. Car was delivered on time and runs great.

    First time visit at this location. Kudos to Nhan (Nathan) Duong for the personal attention and service. There was a delay in getting the car fixed due to staffing issues but they were able to address the problem, which was not severe. When scheduling ask for Nhan and he'll assist you promptly!

    I have dropped off my vehicle for an year service to change oils. I was assisted by Nilesh Lal. He made my appointment flawless and easy that includes offering great service advice, providing concierge service and service recommendations for improved driving conditions.     I have been a loyal customer for service for over 15 years now. Honestly, I roiling consider moving - because of Nick Lal. In today’s world where everyone is super busy he ALWAYS makes time for his customers. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very very customer oriented. Just a fabulous customer service experience. They say sales sells first car and service sells the next…Well, it’s true. My son just bought his Z series sports car just because of how Nick looks after his customers. Just can’t speak higher than that!!!!!

    I had arrived early for my 8:20 am appt for an oil change and brake fluid replacement on Nov 11. The service tech also added Standard Scope of Service $132.88 and Vehicle Check $264.88 to my services The waiting area was filling up with people waiting for service. I ended waiting 3 1/2 hrs and felt like the last person in the waiting area at noon. When I picked my vehicle, I was expecting a checklist of my vehicle conditions which I had paid for. None was provided. Just an assurance by the service tech that my vehicle was OK. I purchased my vehicle from this dealer and had been servicing my vehicle there for the last five years. I always had excellent service from this dealer until that Saturday. Was there a comprehensive checklist done by the mechanic?

  • My low beam and rear lights are not turned on at night

    A week ago, I noticed the low beam lights and rear lights were not turned on at night. So, I delivered my BMW to BWM Fremont for repair. The service guy checked information panel and the car. He said everything was alright. The thing is your car is dirty. You just need to wash it, especially the front lights and rear lights. He didn't charge me a penny. Totally, it took less than 10 minutes.

    Great service for brake fluid service request and tire setting reset by BMW service department ! However, I had to wait for 3 hrs instead of 2 hrs as estimated by service advisor. When a customer waiting in the lounge area, please consider ‘expediting’ the service when possible, Thank you.

    I went on the BMW of Fremont website to make an appointment for my 2005 X3. It was a regular service. Charles was my advisor, and he looked at my previous service record. He said that I had pre-paid my oil change, and that I didn't need to pay for that. I had them check the vehicle for any issues. I bring this vehicle for regular service at BMW of Fremont. The staff is friendly, and I enjoy that they take good care of my vehicle.
