I have always hated dealerships. High pressure, wanna make a sale type people regardless of the customer needs. You won’t get that here. Friendly and kind people. Dave Someberg was amazing. Our finance guy was great, funny, and helped us get out the door quickly. We will come back when we need another car.

    Friendly staff, hot coffee, close to shops and not too long of a wait. The service writer met his estimated time of wait and cost. I will be here for my next service!

    I think that Jaye went above and beyond for proper customer satisfaction. He was able to fix the problem, and then move forward to help prevent the problem from happening again.

    Mike and Mike D at Folsomlake Ford are Awesome . Mike assisted me with the paper work and warrantee and Mike D was the salesman both very professional I am very grateful. Good job guys!

    Great Price on service, clean comfortable waiting room, staff was helpful with questions and rebates. The wait was a little long I thought, for a service, even thouhg I had an appointment.

    My service adviser (Legette Ford) was very pleasant and professional to work with. Unfortunately they had to keep my Edge overnight because of an unresolved brake issue and Mr. Ford worked after hours to help get me a rental car for the night (went out of his way). Picked up my Edge the next day and he clearly explained the problem and that they did not want to return my car with a potential brake problem - THANK YOU. He followed up the next day to make sure everything was OK.

    George German was excellent. He was patient and courteous. He explained the failure and what was done to fix it. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

    My experience in leasing a 2015 C-Max Energi was totally satisfying. Gary Katz listened to me and understood my needs and desires. He found the car that matched quickly and I drove it home within one week. I am extremely pleased with this Ford and I am already saving on transportation costs by using excess electricity produced by my solar system.

    The guy who helped me really listened to me and specifically with the problems I was having with the radio. He was really helpful. And he found the problem and fixed it.
