Unfortunately they had to keep my Edge overnight because of an unresolved brake issue and Mr. Ford worked after hours to help get me a rental car for the… night (went out of his way). Picked up my Edge the next day and he clearly explained the problem and that they did not want to return my car with a potential brake problem - THANK YOU. He followed up the next day to make sure everything was OK.Thank you for your kind words.
