I have always hated dealerships. High pressure, wanna make a sale type people regardless of the customer needs. You won’t get that here. Friendly and kind people. Dave Someberg was amazing. Our finance guy was great, funny, and helped us get out the door quickly. We will come back when we need another car.

    Matt was honest with me and really helped me with my purchase. If I ever need to buy a car again, I would never hesitate to have Matt sell me the car. Very personable guy! Working together with Andy and Matt to get the best deal possible was a great first time buyer experience and I would gladly do it again with Folsom Lake Ford.

    I was greeted immediately and was able to leave quickly. My vehicle was ready at the time it was promised as well.

    Our salesperson, Johnny made us feel welcome but relaxed from the minute he greeted us until we drove off in our new Explorer. Our test drive was great. We were able to see and feel how the Explorer performed on a variety of road conditions. Gary and Par were also very helpful and explained things very well.

    My salesman Anthony civelo was very patient and got me the perfect car that I wanted! He made the experience enjoyable. Such a great friendly staff. Kentucky was also very help. I had an excellent experience and such a great deal. I will only come back to this dealership, and will recommend friends and family.

    Love how they explain the break down of the finance part for me to understand. Catie lee was very helpful in helping understand every step of the way. Also her boss was very helpful and was able to get me a great deal.

    You can get the job done quickly. I was in for an oil change & you found a leak in the power steering unit. It was ready to go by noon the next day on a warranty service.

    My appointment was on time, the service was done in the scheduled time and the staff was pleasant. The results of the service was explained to me and the checked out a concern I had that wasn't a normal item for the service. I would also like to comment on the extra service I received a few months earlier when I took my car in to be serviced. J. Ford was exceptionally helpful in working with me with an issue that was discovered during the service. He expedited the correction on the issue and the recall. When an issue came up due to an error on Ford's part he handled the situation with a pleasant demeanor and expedited having it corrected in a timely manner. I feel he is a good example of the type of person that Ford employs. I am very satisfied with the service I get from the dealer.

    Matt and Andy were very friendly and shared their knowledge when we were selecting our truck. They did not smother us or subject us to any high pressure sales, which we truly appreciated. Andy stayed with us after the final papers were signed and walked us through the various options as well as the general operation of the truck so we were confident driving it on our long way home.

    I had some issues with my local dealers here around redding so I picked up the phone and made a couple calls down in Sacramento to see what my options were in your area. Future ford led me down a rabbit hole telling me they could easily beat the price I was at. This ended with a complete loss of contact on their part. I guess they changed their minds. When I called folsom a few days later I got Mike Frost on the line. He gave me a fair price from the start and seemed to be someone I could trust with my first new truck buying experience. After my deposit he kept in contact with me by phone and email giving me updates on the progress of my order. Nearing the end I found out that my local dealer had ordered my exact truck without my knowledge (there was to be a deposit for order that I never gave them and had no contact for a month and a half) and it was sitting on their lot minutes away for me to pick up and drive away. Your price was better but didn't necessarily justify the drive to Sacramento to pick it up. I held my ground because I wanted to buy from someone with some integrity and I couldn't allow myself to cut ties with Mike as he had done so well to make this experience go smoothly for me. Having never even been to your dealership I was very impressed upon arrival. My truck was there in the front lot shined up ready to go. Mike greeted us and started the process and everything went smoothly. Mike actually knew more about this truck than I did which was something I hadn't found at the other dealerships. He seemed to be very knowledgeable in all of ford's lineup in the small talk we had in between signing papers and such. This is a plus for me to find a salesmen who is enthusiastic about what he is selling you. Can't remember his name but the finance guy did very well also. I know it's part of their job to push add ons at the end. I was dead set on getting out of there without any extended warranties or service contracts. He took this just fine which surprised me after all the horror stories I've heard from friends who've bought at other dealerships. I hope my refusal doesn't reflect poorly on him because his not pressuring me will be one of the selling points I use in conversation about my experience. There was a ton of stress leading up to finally driving this thing home but through it all Mike Frost and your dealership did a great job putting me at ease. It's important to me that I can look back on this experience and know I was treated fairly and ended up happy with what I paid for my new truck. At this point I would be the first to jump into a car buying conversation and tell how Mike and folsom lake ford are definitely worth a call or a drive from redding. It also helps that this truck is absolutely everything I hoped it would be and then some. Ford really has it together with these trucks I tell you. Thanks folsom ford.
