    Went to buy a used 2014 Mazda 6 with 6sp manual and ended up with a 2017 Mazda 6 touring with 6sp manual. Jason Li offered to show me the new model after the used one had already sold. It was a great car and after a little work my wife and I got a fair deal on a great car and I'm very happy. Jason was very friendly and helpful though the process.

    My experience with Elk Grove Mazda was phenomenonal. Right from the get go Jason Ly helped me out. He was very enthusiastic about the vehicle I was interested in and in no way was he pushy!! He listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle and was able to show me the exact car I wanted. After the test drive, we started all the paperwork. When the numbers came back to what I didn't want, he didn't give up and worked multiple different scenarios for me and was able to get me the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted. Needless to say Jason was on my side and fought for me to get the deal and vehicle I wanted. I absolutely recommend anyone looking for a Mazda to go to Elk Grove Mazda and ask for Jason Ly. Even though I'm sure anyone there would be equally as helpful

    Jason Ly was a fantastic salesman, and worked along side my mother and I to find the perfect car for me and my needs, in a timely manner. Francisco was excellent as well. He worked very quickly and made the finance portion of buying a car as painless as possible. Both gentlemen provided stellar customer service and both were very fast too.

    I had researched all available cars within 100 miles of my home. I was searching for a specific vehicle and trim and there were few and far between. I found the car at Elk Grove Mazda with one accessory missing. It was a deal breaker. I stated to the very helpful and courteous sales associate my issue and they worked with me until we were able to make a mutually agreeable compromise. Great work with my salesman and the sales manager. Every step of the way they had to balance the companies need to make a profit and my needs. I feel I got a great deal. It was not so much my negotiation skills but the very professional and agreeable sales team�s willingness to hear my needs. I would recommend this company and especially the staff to everyone looking for a quality car at a fair price and with an outstanding sales experience.

    We found the used car we wanted on AutoTrader.com. It was out of my budget, so I reached out to Matt in internet sales. He researched it, and he said they would get as close as possible to our goal. We drove down from Tracy, not a bad drive and didn't realize how close they are to us. Since this is for my son heading off to college, we needed something reliable, economic and safe. Being a service advisor for a Toyota dealership myself, I was surprised that my son would want a Mazda 3, but soon found out why. We found the car to be sporty, yet very wallet friendly. From the first hello and handshake, through the process of coming to an agreeable deal and to the final goodbye and handshake, everything was perfect. Matt is personable, friendly and professional. Kyle in finance handled the paperwork like a pro. I headed into the Service Department, and was promptly greeted and had my questions answered for me. We bought a cool Mazda 3 license plate frame and the cashier was quite friendly as well. During the final delivery process, Matt took the car back to detail for a quick clean up, even though the car was very clean already. He even had the headlights polished for us! The last impressive thing that Matt did was help my son set up his bluetooth and showed him how the Pioneer Nav system worked. Everyone had a smile on their face and anytime we got within a few feet of someone we were greeted. You can FEEL the family type atmosphere when you walk in. The owner John has done a wonderful job with his team. We can DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Mazda of Elk Grove! Thanks again to Matt, Kyle and the entire team!

    It was time for me to get a new car and the top three vehicle I wanted to purchase was either a Rav4, CX-5, or the CRV. I filled out credit application online for Toyota and Mazda. Toyota rep took awhile to call back and told me they were busy that day and didn't get a chance to call me sooner. For Mazda, Rachel called me back within 5 minutes and informed me of everything I needed to do. Went to Mazda and 2 hours later I drove out with my 2015 CX-5. They gave me more then what my trade was worth and I received a very good apr rate for my loan. My previous car(the trade in) I purchased was at 20%. Mazda got me the loan at 7% for the new car! The wife and kids love the car. I will definitely come back in the future and refer family and friends here. Thanks again Rachel and Steve for a smooth transaction and getting me into this beautiful car.

    After an unfortunate loss of my car and researching a replacement car, I came across Elk Grove Mazda. I sent an internet inquiry out and Garrett was back to me that day with a non-pushy followup email letting me know some of the benefits of going through that dealership. I saw the great reviews, and I can tell you they were spot on. Garrett and fantastic finance guy Steve Wray moved the process along. I came out of there with the car I wanted at the price I wanted, with their special dealer benefits to boot. Really great experience and I recommend this place very highly. Great job guys!

    We were referred to this dealership and were not disappointed. The day we reached out to the dealership we were immediately in contact with someone who assisted us with all of the preliminaries; online credit application, price, and lease term for the model we were interested in. We had done our online research on pricing for our model and they were more than competitive. We were first time new car buyers and were nervous about the process, but they were extremely transparent, they gave us our options based on our budget. . .the numbers they quoted were the numbers we contracted for. They gave us all the information we needed to be prepared for purchasing our new car. The email follow-up before the purchase was very attentive. I sent an email about car color, I sent an email about a trade in, I sent an email about insurance, and I even sent an email the night before we went to the dealership asking what documents to bring in. My sales guy was a saint and promptly and pleasantly responded to every single one of them. It made it so convenient to have that stuff figured out before we got down there. When we went to the dealership they were ready and expecting us. They were just as nice in person. They treated us like family. They offered us something to drink, toured us around the dealership and actually introduced us the different staff members in the different departments. Our sales guy Garrett gave us 100% of his attention and hosted us through every step of the process, he was so nice and knowledgeable. Steve the finance guy was prepared and efficient, he explained each document we had to sign. Didn't know I shouldn't use snow chains ;) He was extremely knowledgeable too, he gave us all the information to help us decide about purchasing the maintenance plan. I appreciated the customer service we received there. The sales manager even made time to come out and do an inspection of our vehicle before we got the keys. The vehicle we bought was only 20k but they made us like we were just as important as someone buying a $65k vehicle.
