Worth the drive!
by Theresa M on 02/26/2023I had been car shopping since April of 2022. I live and work in Ventura County and I spent a great deal of time at many car dealerships in VC. I viewed two vehicles online at Culver City Honda that I was interested in. I researched the… dealership a little and decided to head out and brave LA traffic to see what was on their lot. I was met at the front of the dealership by Freddy. He greeted me and I told him what I was interested in. He was able to answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I ended a 11 month car search saga and purchased a 2023 CRV. Freddy treated me with respect and was very professional. I highly reccommend Freddy and Culver City Honda.A purchase made with respect to my financial needs!
by Sofia on 10/30/2022I had contacted 3 other Honda dealerships in my area and they did not have the car I was looking for. A coworker recommended Culver City Honda and they had the 2023 model and color I was looking for. I want to thank Carlos Rodriguez for… making my experience easy, painless and fun! He took the time to listen with respect and acknowledge my financial needs.Thank you

Big thanks to Anthony Melchor who made sure I received the best deal possible during one of the worst times for our… economy. And he did so with a smile and great attitude. by Lazy unprofessional and poor m on 07/17/2021Own lease buyout shouldn't take 4 hours. Sales guy became rude and inattentive right after I've signed docs, and they took my car for inspection. 4 hours from walking in to driving out in the same vehicle.Underhanded Selling Practices. Half-Baked Service Inspections
by Avoid this Dealer on 07/20/2020I bought an SUV from them with ProPack included. But just before driving home the SUV, I noticed it wasn't put in (mat & wheel locks). I pointed this out to Daniel, salesperson, who said he forgot to mention to me that their Parts dept was… closed that day and told me I had to come back to get them(something he should've known beforehand and advised me prior to making me pay for them!). He gave me his own cell # as well as the dealers so I can check first. But guess what? A few days after, once I decided to come get the Package, his number is suddenly invalid! I called the dealership to ask about him and they told me he was off that day as well as his manager. I tried parts dept and spoke with Karla who promised she'd get back to me - never got any call! I left a message with this dealerships customer service and, as expected, got no reply. So I let a say pass to give them more time, and having gotten no updates, decided to call parts again. Spoke with Karla once more and she confirmed the parts were there and that I can come by and just ask for her. So that's what I did, but upon arriving found out that SHE HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY! Could have been coincidence but the timing of everything happening points to them avoiding to fulfill their end of the deal. Fortunately Hector of parts was kind enough to assist me with getting the Propack put in but then later on I discovered another thing they neglected to do. My battery died (on a brand new SUV!) and had they actually done a multipoint inspection (which is done regardless of service you avail of) then they would have seen that and advised me about it that day also. This means they just say they do a complimentary multipoint inspection but not actually do it in actuality! This dealership is filled with sleazy, lazy people from every aspect of their service. I would avoid them at all costs!really bad experience
by Jesusingjau on 04/30/2018got a used cube at this dealer, 1st thing the car didn't start, said to myself, guess I can trust a Honda dealer, 2 weeks passed and no calls about it, was renting a car during this time, course thinking I'll get the car fixed. well,… nothing happened 'til I call and asked for it, is this ridiculous?, it is, went there again got all the paperwork done and got charged more than it should (salesman Oscar), and of course, endless calls to get me there to make a deal. drove it for 4 days an a check engine light comes on, checked it and it has something to do with the catalytic converter, did some research and found that the end result will be the car not to turn on, then I realized that they didn't fixed, they just kept it 'til someone could figure a way to keep it working for a longer time, well took it back so they can fix it, left it there during the weekend hoping they have it fixed on Saturday, nothing, no calls, nothing man, I called on Monday and the excuse was THEY ARE BUSY, waited again for 3 days no call back, cal them back, they are still busy, I had to make some time on that saturday to get my stuff from the car, that's when I got an update, it was so easy to make a phone call, but they didn't, at his point, I'm tired and they offer another car, well guess what?, they didn't have it, are they a Honda dealer or a [non-permissible content removed] dealer?. waited again to do the usual back and forth from some manager (Rudy) over texts and I got the same response "NOTHING", can't deal with this dealer anymore, I'm going to them this weekend and get my money back. please do yourself a favor, stay away from this dealer, you will thank yourself.STEER CLEAR OF CULVER CITY HONDA!!!
by Intelli5 on 11/16/2013updated 06/01/2025I recently entered into an executed lease agreement on a 2013 Honda Civic LX. The agreement included a trade-in of my 2012 Honda Civic LX. Edwin C., Finance Manager, and I signed the contract. The dealership took possession of my 2012 Honda… Civic, and I took delivery of the 2013 Honda Civic LX. Given the executed lease agreement, I left the dealership believing they would process the paperwork and honor the binding agreement. Note my FICO score is 830, and I have no reason to believe that the agreement would be rejected by Honda Financial Services for credit-related reasons. Much to my dismay and shock, I received a call 10 days later from Edwin C., Finance Manager, and Daniele M., General Manager at Culver City Honda. Edwin and Daniele advised me that the dealership had made a "mistake" on the lease agreement and demanded that I return to the dealership immediately to sign a new lease agreement. Edwin said nothing would change on the new agreement. Daniele told me my monthly payment would decrease by $3.00 over the phone. However, it turned out to be a $15 reduction when I looked at the proposed lease. Don't be fooled --- this reduction equates to an increase in the down payment! I asked Daniele to send me a copy of the proposed agreement and was startled to see that the dealership had not made an inadvertent mistake as they had claimed. Instead, they completely changed the numbers of terms of the contract requiring that I now make a downpayment of $600+. Moreover, they post-dated the agreement which would require me to make a $200 monthly payment on the 2012 Honda that they had already put up for sale on their lot! When I raised these issues and concerns with Edwin, he lied and said he did not have the information of the proposed lease agreement at his disposal,. Even worse, I received a threatning call from Loren C. (Finance Director) demanding that I return to the dealership to sign the new agreement without explanation. Right now, I have turned this matter over to my lawyer to handle. As a lawyer myself, I am astounded that a dealership would renege on a binding agreement. I have filed a complaint to several sources, including the Better Business Bureau. I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are scam artists and will con you into believing they will honor the agreement they sign.
About our dealership
Great service, however, there is a lack of cheap used cars.
