I simply offered my trade in, wrote down how much I wanted to put down and monthly pay. I… expected them to be way off. To my surprise, They matched my numbers. Paperwork done quickly. Deal! Fast and easy
by RLuna29 on 10/31/2024Concord Honda serviced my car well. They didn’t pressure me too much about the “premium service packages”, and seemed to care about me getting what I needed. I still think it was a bit weird that I had to come in person so they would order… a recall part on my vehicle. I had an appointment but I think if I didn’t they would have taken me in a first come first serve basis. Fortunately I was the first in line on a Wednesday morning, so there wasn’t a queue of other vehicles in front of me. Would come here again over other local dealers for service.Thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one. Normal service and oil change

I only leave 4 stars because we were a bit frustrated to discover that the dealer does… require certain add-ons that they won’t remove from the vehicle, which drives the price up. Shame on you Concord Honda. We should be allowed to pick what we want on the car.Thank you for your feedback.
